Odd eye

Description : odd eye effects the eye(s) making the eye(s) have a glossy blue eye'd look. odd eye, along with effects, can be very mysterious as what it can do. when looking into the eye or eyes of this person with this quirk can result in hallucinations; these hallucinations can go as far as not knowing what is real and knowing what is real. not only can this quirk cause hallucinations but it can freeze the person and put them into a trance. 

Drawbacks : this quirk can be a problem at times, for instance, when putting someone under a trance it doesn't work all the time ( or rarely works ). the hallucinations that can be caused by this quirk can be at a disadvantage because the person needs to be focused onto the opponent. if the person with the quirk can't keep their opponent on their eyes then the hallucinations will not work. so, it's harder to use the quirk onto people that do not focus on the eye(s).
