Stressed and guilt ridden Y/n stands frozen in place outside of the men's restroom fiddling nervously with her pendant.
'I can't believe this.' She mentally scolds herself. 'You spilled scolding hot coffee on your brothers best friend-no-on your SOULMATE!!! Sheesh. Talk about bad first impression...'
Whining, the embarrassed girl allows her head to lull forward and rest against her palms.
"How could I be so dumb?" She asks herself, wondering what god she managed to piss off to receive such luck. "He's probably fuming right now."
A quick flash of the earlier conversation at the table pops into Y/n's mind leaving her feeling even more panicky than before...
'So I assume he's in a rather testy mod then?' Jungkook had joked.
Well...If he wasn't before, then he certainly is now.
Again, Y/n groans internally. This has to be the worst first meeting ever.
Y/n's mind fills with all the sweet and romantic first meetings that've been shared with her over the years and finds herself to be drowning in jealousy.
For example, the old couple that use to live down the street from she and Jungkook's childhood home!
They met under a cherry blossom tree in high school when Mrs.Lee was studying for an exam and Mr.Lee was playing football in the surrounding field with his friends.
One of his friends threw the ball too far and narrowly avoided hitting Mrs.Lee when Mr.Lee lunged in front of her to take the hit instead.
Their hands grazed by accident as she was thanking him and bam...their love story began...
Shaking her head in disbelief Y/n simply can't except the fact that her story would be :
