Aspen's POV
It's been a while since the kids went back to school, they went back from Christmas break a couple of weeks ago too. Charlie came back up for about a week during Christmas break to make sure his dad was okay but then had to leave and go back to Romania again. I get to see him about once every one - two weeks for the Order. We have to go to Romania to get the information as it is too risky to send over owls. In the times that I have been with Charlie, he has asked me to be his girlfriend. I can't lie I was a little hesitant at first, because of so many things. I'm the 'chosen ones' sister and I don't want to put him in danger, also because he works so far away, and finally because the wizarding world is crazy right now and on the brim of war. I did end up saying yes, and I am glad I did, he is the sweetest and writes a letter to me every day, I also makes me really happy and helps distract me from the whole Voldemort is back thing.
I have been working more recently, well not just me but Kingsley and Tonks too. The other head Auror is thinking about retiring soon, and is currently trying to find a good replacement. This means that while he is not currently doing anything me, Kingsley and Tonks get all his work thrown on us, and with us in the Order too it is becoming a lot. At the least I think it is safe to say I am exhausted.
Harry still writes to me once a week. For the first half of Christmas break he was distant, but then I talked it out with him and he became less distant. Harry has a lot on his shoulders, and I would honestly take it all from him and out it onto mine of I could. Sadly that is not an option, so I guess I will just have to help him with what I can help with.
I have been getting letters from my godfather recently ( more than he has sent me in the past), he updates me on how things are going at Hogwarts. He has been telling me about how this Dolores Umbridge is basically taking over the school and putting up all these stupid rules, and that says a lot considering who my godfather is.
My godmother also writes to me. I love my godmother, she has basically been the grandmother I never had. While Tonks' mother has taken more of the mother role, my godmother has taken more of the grandmother role.
A/N- Hey peoples, so todays chapter was kinda just an update on how Aspen's life has been going. I know I have not mentioned her godparents yet so I want you guys to take a guess at who you think they are.
