Surpise celebration

It's been a while since the pool accident and what Mavis told me. The sunshine club send there love to Jenny's parent. Mavis mother had to work early so we had to walk to school. Mavis started talking to me now but she was the same, she won't talke to anyone else. Once we arrived to school I thought of trying something.

"Hey Mavis" I said.

"What is it" she reply.

"I'm going to try a cartwheel up at the center court. You wanna try it with me?" I said.

"No thank you, I'm not good at it but i'll come and watch you" Mavis said.

I really wanted her to but at least she be near me when I'm doing it. We walked up the stairs to the center court and tried finding a big area. We found on but it was in the middle of everyone and I felt uncomfortable but I thought doing this would make Mavis smile. I position myself and everyone started to stare even Barbara and Schwatrz. I ignore everyone closed my eyes and began my cartwheel. Once I open my eyes everyone began to clap and Schwartz smiled.

"Not bad Miranda" Mavis said laughing.

I began laughing as well and pushed Mavis up stairs so no one will ask why I did it. Once we arrived up we saw a poster with red and glitter gold saying something about a short play that will be performing in 3 days. The play their doing this year is Arthurian Legend. It's about a king name Aurthor and Mordred a jealous man who is determind to kill Aurthor. In the play there's a love triangle between Aurthor and his love Guinevere and Sir Lancelot (His best friend). There's a wirzards, knights, and a great battle in the end between Aurthor and Mordred.

"Do you want to try? It the audition starts today." Mavis asked.

"No, unless you want to?" I asked back.

"No I just asked because I know how much you like to be the it girl." she responed.

It wasn't really true although I did like to be on stage acting, forgetting all my problems. This school year I didn't feel like doing any stage active besides i bet Barbara wants the attention more.

"Ha ha very funny no but we can watch together" I said.

Mavis agree amd we went for the rest of he day thinking of what we are wearing to the play. A part of me thought about doing it but I over heard some girls Barbara and Kayala will be audtitioning. I thought maybe just going over there and watch the audition.

Once I arrived to watch with Mavis ,who was actually in late notice is one of the jugde, I saw that there was little girls auditioning for Guinevere. Not even Kayala auditioing it she doing Viviane, other known as the Lady of the Lake.I knew if Barbara was doing the queen Schwartz would be doing the king however when Schwartz went up he audition for Lancelot. His best friend William audition for king Aurthor. I thought made going back stage to the dressing room I could ask him why. I made my way pass the judges, actors, and Barbara then to the dressing room.

"Hey Miranda I'm surpise to see you here" He said with a smile.

"Well I just came to watch" I said feeling maybe he didn't meant me be here in the auditorium.

"So what's up" he said.

"I want to ask why didn't you audition for the role of king A-Aurthor", I said while he got up and walked towards me "you know since Barbara is doing Guinevere?".

He came towards me closer until I ended up leaning on the wall then he put his hand on the wall and lean.

"I did Lancelot because Guinevere cheated on king Aurthor with Lancelot" He said. Then I thought of course the love triangle.

"Why aren't you auditioning?" he said still leaning.

"I didn't really think I was going to be good in any of those roles like you" I said lying and little flirting.

"That's to bad you probably would be great, better than I" he said getting closer.

"Yah probably..." I said getting closer.

"You be great doing Guinevere" he whispered.

On that last word he grabbed my sides and we began to make out. In that moment I felt like I was in heaven I was filled with different emotion yet I wished it never ends. Once it did we just stared at each other and he open the door and we kissed goodbye not even thinking about who was around us. I thought about the kiss how great it was but I felt dirty and guilty. Maybe I would be great playing Guinevere because of what she did I basically did to but with a taken man. Once I care little about the kiss I started tasting this weird taste in my mouth. What was more weird was this was similar taste with the cupcake I had at the pool event.

I went back and saw the rest of the audition. Later on since the play is in 3 days and roles were already posted and of course Schwartz, Barbara, and William got there role. I didn't look at Schwartz nor did I want to.

The pass 2 days me and Mavis have been shopping for dresses to wear to the play while Schwartz been calling me. I do sometimes come to see the practice but I'd always ended up in the dress room making out with him. I don't get it, I don't love or like him yet I still go back to him.

Finally after 3 days of planning what to wear and feeling guitly tonight the night of the play. Mavis had a beautiful strapless red mermaid dress while I had a dark blue velvet crop top with (same color) maxi skirt with pearl earings. We both decided to put our hair up in a bun and our heart shape necklace. I went inside feeling nervous of seeing Schwartz and Barbara.

"Miranda you been acting weird lately" Mavis said nervously.

"I'm fine sweet honestly" I said.

"You were scaring me Miranda. I was getting worried" she said sounding more nervous.

"How was I scaring you" I asked getting worried.

"How you acted. You're acting the same way Noah did before her death" I said looking like she was going to cry. I felt even more worse making her feel like that and bring up Noah's death.

I knew from that moment on I had to end things with Schwartz and be with Mavis for now on. If Noah was acting like that it had to be with Schwartz, they must have been a thing or something.

Through the play I had no feeling for Schwartz and began thinking of how I'm going to end it. I thought maybe after the play I'd tell him outside of the auditorium.

Later on near the end of the play I told Mavis I had to make a quick call outside. Then I began to text Schwartz to meet me outside. I quickly walked outside and went to the oppisite side but suddenly I heard foot steps behind me. I thought he came out to fast I could still hear the music going. I turn myself around and (BOOM) I land on the floor with a great pain on my head. I looked up but couldn't see anything but the lights came on. Trying to adjust my sight I then came to release who swung at me. It was.......
