It was noon when someone slowly opened the door. I caught a faint scent of Elaine. When the door fully opened, Elaine came through the door in a wheel chair. We all gasped and smiled.
"Elaine?!" Desmond, Ezio, Haytham and Leonardo gasped.
"My little girl!" Connor grinned.
"I'm glad to see you all." Elaine smiled.
"It's great to see you in good health." Edward grinned while taking her hand.
"Aunty Elaine!" Kanėtön shouted.
"Elaine, are you doing ok?" I asked.
"I'm ok right now, they said I could come out to see you guys for only a moment." She said weakly.
"We all hope you get better soon, Elaine." Hawke smiled.
"Elaine needs to go and relax for awhile but she's out of the woods." The doctor stated. "You can all go home if you want, she's in good care."
"I won't leave my wife here alone." I took Elaine's other hand.
"I'm staying with my little girl." Connor told him.
"I'm not leaving." Edward blurted.
"I think it's safe to say that no one wants to leave Elaine." Haytham smirked.
"She is well enough to have visits now, just be quiet when in the room." The doctor exclaimed.
"Ok, thank you." Hawke smiled.
Me and Edward were the first ones to visit Elaine. Her voice was weak and hard to understand. After a couple weeks she was ready to rest at home. I took her and maya home that night. I gave Elaine a small cuddle.
