Elizabeth's POV

I let out a long sigh as I watch my baby boy sleep. "Mommy is okay," I whisper for the fiftieth time more like trying to convince myself that she's okay. I saw Makayla come in without knocking like always. "Hey big sis," she smiles sadly. "Hey," I whisper pulling Jarrod close to me. "I know she will be alright, I just don't know if she will be mentally okay," she mumbles rubbing Jarrod's soft hair.

"It doesn't matter. I just want her back in my arms. I need her back," I whimper looking down at Jarrod. "She wi-" my baby sister says as I hear a knock at the door. "Your majesty," the doctor said making sit up and look at him. I felt Makayla pick up Jarrod as I stared at the doctor.

"She's healed pretty fast but she had deep wounds that was hard to fix. She had several broken ribs..." he trailed of as I stared into a distance. What have they done to her? I ask myself as I stand up and look at him. "Take me to her," I demanded watching him nod and guide me to our personal infirmary. "We gave her a lot of pain meds. I'll give you your space," he said as I feel my heart shred into pieces as my wife lay there with so many cuts and bruises. "She's so pale," I whimper going to the side of her bed and grab her hand. "My love," I whimper pulling her cold hand into mines.

"I'm so sorry," I whisper kissing her hand feeling her slightly squeeze it. I watch her eyes open which turn into complete fear. She snatched her hand away from me and pull the tube out of her throat coughing. "St-stay away!" She hoarse while backing from me. "Get it off!" She breathed taking the IV out of the back of her hand. "No, it's me," I whimper watching her shake her head. "My Liz didn't save me. I died," she panicked as the monitor started beating fast.

"I promise its me, you know me my love," I whimper getting in the bed and pull her on top of me. "N-no," she whimper pushing against my chest. "Deep breaths," I coached rubbing her back. I felt her body tremble and shake against me as she lift up her head and inhaled my neck. "Li-liz?" She croaked looking up at me. "Yes baby girl," I hum wrapping my arms around her feeling her crawl on me and cry into my neck.

The doctors burst through the door, scaring her even more. "Sh-she's going t-to get m-me!" She squeaked wrapping her body around me tighter. "I got you princess, she's not taking you away from me ever again," I hum glaring at the doctors. "I got you," I whisper pulling my head back so she can look into my eyes. "Goddess Bella, I thought I lost you," I sigh watching the doctors and nurses stare at us. "Tu-turn it off," she whimper as I watch them scatter to turn off the machine.

"We have to get her hooked back up so we can check her vitals," he said holding up the IV needle. "N-no more ne-needles," she whisper shaking in my arm. "Those are good needles baby. I got you," I said watching her shake and hold her arm out to the doctor. "No more needles, please," she begged as I rubbed the back of her hand rubbed her scalp. "Okay baby, no more needles," I mumble watching the doctor slide the needle into her wrist.

I watch him pull out another needle making me frown. "To help her sleep your majesty," he linked to me earning a nod as he pushed it through her IV. "Liz?" She called relaxing on me. "Yes my love?" I reply running my fingers through her hair. "I'm sl-sleepy. I-I do-don't want t-to fall as-asleep," she stutter letting out a small yawn. "I got you princess, I will never let you go again," I mumble watching her falling asleep on me with a tight grip on my shirt.

It hasn't been ten minutes and she's already mumbling and turning in her sleep. "Ja-Jarrod," she whimper clenching onto my shirt. "Don't hurt my son!" She yelled waking up and looked at me. "AH!" She screamed falling out the bed and back into the corner. The monitors began going off, scaring her more. "Do-don't hurt me!" She beg holding her hands up as they began to spark white. My eyes met hers seeing that it's her goddess. The lights began flickering as I raised my hands up in the air. "Baby girl its me," I said watching her breaths become uneven. "N-no! I died. Sh-she di-didn't..." She trailed off shaking her head. "Sniff the air baby. Smell me," I whisper kneeling down on the ground.

I watch her slightly lift her head up and sniff the air. "Li-liz?" She pout hesitating to lower her hands. The doors burst open again making Bella point towards one of the nurses and throw her to the wall. I took that as a chance to get behind her and wrap my arms around her. "I got you baby girl. Lower your hands," I whisper sliding my hands into hers. "Bu-but," she hoarse shaking in my arms. "I will protect you my love. Listen to my voice and follow my breathing," I mumble feeling her relax on me. "Good baby," I smile slowly lifting us up. I picked her up feeling her legs wrap around my body. I laid her down on the bed watching her eyes look around the room fearfully. "Baby, I have her locked up. She's not going anywhere," I whisper watching her galaxy eyes meet mines. "Really?" She asks scooting over a little. "Where is our son?" She asks making me smile and get in with her.

"Our little bundle of joy misses you so much and he's on his last bottle of milk," I mumble frowning a little. "I fought her off from hurting my breast," she smiles softly as I pulled her to me. "I finally have my wife back," I smile kissing her forehead. "I want to see my prince," she whisper as I hear her stomach growl. "Can you eat for me?" I ask looking at the scars. She shook her head frowning slightly.

"When was the last time you ate?" I ask running my fingers down her face. "Th-the last ti-time I wa-was with you," she whisper as I growl lowly. "I'm so-sorry!" She whimper scooting from me. "No, my love. I wasn't growling at you," I whisper pulling her on top of me. "Can you eat for me?" I ask watching her shake her head. "Please baby girl?" I beg biting my lip. "For Jarrod? You have to have your nutrients in order to feed him," I said watching her look at me then nod her head.

"Thank you beautiful."
