25. Friends

Zuri's pov
"Im going to kill her." Bella's mom growled causing Lorenzo to wrap his arms around her. "Calm down baby." He whispered. "You won't kill her if I do it first." Lizzy growled. I wrap my arms around her and I hear a crash. "What was that?" I mumbled and I quickly ran to the room Bella was sleeping in.

I opened the door to see everything levitated. "Isabella." I say and everything froze in mid air. She snapped her fingers and everything went back to normal, except her eyes. "I'm fine, I just want to be alone." She sat and closed the door. "I'm worried." Bella's mom mumbled.

Isabella's pov
I woke up and expected to feel Liz's body. "Oh, I forgot that I don't have a mate anymore." I whispered. "Don't cry, your use to pain." I chanted as I got ready for school.

I put on my emotionless face and walked down stairs. "Morning." I mumbled and sat at the table. "Morning." They say and mom gasp. "Isabella please tell me your not back to that." Mom said and I shrugged my shoulders causing her to sigh. "Her walls are up and she will not show any emotions." My mom informed the queen.

"See you later." I say and wash my dishes out.

I go to the living room and saw Nathan standing there. "Good, you was on time. Here are your clothes and everything you need. I will make sure that you and your mate have a good living as long as you do your job." I say with a fake smile. "Yes ma'am." He bowed and nodded motioning him to follow.  

We made it to school and Nathan stood tall behind me watching his surroundings. "Hey, Isabella!" Someone called. I turned to look and saw a fist come flying towards me. I didn't flinch. Nathan quickly grabbed the hand glared at Jason. "Do not come close to hurt or I won't have no choice but to punish you." Nathan cold tone made me smirk.

The look on Jason face made me feel powerful but not to powerful. "Thank you Nathan." I smiled amd turned to walk to my class but I saw Elizabeth. She was with the same girl that was at the bar. She moved on I see.

She met my cold eyes and I smirked walking towards her. "Bella." She called but I ignore and walked passed her. She don't love me. She never did.

"Is everything alright mistress?" Nathan ask walking beside me. "Peachy." I mumbled and walked to my first class, cooking. I asked the teacher to give me a new partner for today and she sat me next to Emily.

Luckily she didn't speak, I didn't feel like talking.

The bell rung for next class and Nathan followed me. I almost tripped over a chair but Nathan caught me. "Thanks." I smiled standing up straight. I heard Elizabeth growl but I ignored her and walked to my next class. Which is Zuri's. "Hey, Isabella." Zuri greeted and I simply waved. I don't feel like talking. Zuri gave us our assignment and I quickly finished.

I raised my hand and Zuri quickly acknowledged me. "May I go to the restroom?" I ask amd she nodded. I say Nathan get up and I quickly mind linked him. "Stay here, help word is twizzlers. I hate those." I told him and he sat down. I quickly went to the bathroom and did my business. I came back out and saw Elizabeth and that girl hugging.

Your use to it.  Your use to it. Your use to it. Your use to it. I chanted to me and my wolf. I tried to move but my fucking legs didn't. I just stood there and watch them smile and hug each other. We don't hug that long. They've been hugging for more than 30 seconds. I felt Mia whimper and I cursed her for it. Elizabeth's opened her eyes and they met mines. She just stood there and I reminded myself that I'm use it. "I'm use to pain." I mumble out loud and I quickly run out from the school.

I ran and kept running. I don't know where to. I let out all the emotions that I kept inside out. I just screamed. Not a scared screamed but a powerful scream. From my dad till now. "I'm use to pain!" I growled but I felt my body shut down. "Twizzlers." I whispered and white consumed me.

"I swear if she's hurt your dead." I hear a familiar voice say. "I'm use to pain." I mumbled. "Isabella?!" I hear mom cry. "Huh, mom?" I say sitting up. I felt my stomach and I felt the baby kick my hand. "Oh, thank goddess." I mumbled getting up. "Sweetie are you alright?" My doctor said. "Peachy." I mumbled. "The baby is healthy but you are not. You need to slow down and catch up on your eating." The doctor said reading a chart. I nodded and grabbed my shoes. "Where are you going?" Lizzy ask. "I don't know." I sigh laying back down.

"Did uh, did Elizabeth come?" I ask. "No." Zuri growled. "Oh, okay." I whimpered turning to my side. "Thank you doctor." I mumbled. "Do you think Makayla will be a good queen?" I ask staring off into a distance.

"What?!"
