Isabella's pov
White is all I see. "Hey sweetie." The moon goddess smile. "Am I dead? I can't be, I have a baby and Elizabeth." I said freaking out. "Calm down, your sleeping. Your a goddess so I expected this to happened." My aunt laughed. "I just want to tell you that during this pregnancy everything will be hard, so you and Isabella need to prepare for what to come. Especially your hormones and mood." She said causing me to laugh. "Haha, okay. Thank you, I would love to get back with my mate." I smirked. "Of course, you can make yourself come here anytime. Just think about this place and you will appear here. Now to go back, you have to think why you want to go back and to who." She smiled and I started thinking about Liz and our family. "See you later!" I smiled and all I saw was white.

"Elizabeth?" I mumbled and I felt her arm wrap around me. "Good morning beautiful." She smiled. She jumped out of bed and picked me up covering me in kisses. "Baby, how do you feel? Are you alright?" Elizabeth asked worried. "I'm fine, it was just my aunt. Whenever you see my body appear in tattoos and glow blue, that mean I'm up there with her and no that does not mean I'm dead." I said answering her questions. "Thank goddess your okay." She sigh in relief. "Come let's go eat breakfast." Liz said picking me up. "Okay, I'm starving." I smiled. "You should be, you was out for an entire day." She said frowning. "That's not healthy for our baby." I whimpered. "I'm already being a terrible mom." I whimpered covering my face.

"Hey, don't say that. Your being an awesome mom and I'm glad your carrying our baby. Oh, by the way you have a doctor's appointment." Liz smiled. "Thanks babe, are you going with me?" I asked hoping she will. "Of course baby, I'm going to everyone of them." Liz said carrying me downstairs. "Isabella your awake!" Lizzy smiled wrapping her arms around me. "Yeah, and I'm starving." I blushed as my stomach growled. "Good because I cooked a lot." Lizzy smiled looking over the food she cooked.

"Wow, I'm in food Haven." I smiled taking a seat. "Eat up." Liz smirked winking at me causing me to blush. "I hope you like bacon." I smiled rubbing my stomach.

"Babe, you have to eat more." Liz said trying to feed me eggs. "Babe I'm full. I ate pancakes, bacon, sausage, and I had some milk. I am full." I pouted. "Okay, okay." She sigh pecking my cheeks. "Ready for doctor's appointment?" Liz smiled. "Yeah, I'm ready." I smiled. "Elizabeth, don't try to test the doctors head off okay, I know Zuri did." Lizzy said giggling while Zuri was blushing deeply. "Later, Liz get your tiara." I reminded her and she blushed embarrassed almost forgetting her tiara.

We made it to the doctor's office and we met the doctor that gave birth to Makayla. "Hi, I'm doctor Lewis. If you don't mind following me this way." He trailed off as we walked to a room. "I'm going to put this gel on your stomach so we can get a clear view of how the baby is going." The doctor said taking out the gel. Liz watched him intently as he opened the bottle. "Babe, your alright?" I asked. "Yeah, I'm alright. I'm ready to see me baby." She smiled widely.

I gasped as the cold gel touch my stomach. I heard Liz growled and the doctor jump in fear. "You okay?" Liz asked worried about to charge at the doctor. "Babe, I'm alright. It was cold." I told her lacing our fingers together. "Okay, I'm sorry doctor. I want to make sure my family is safe." Liz whimpered. "No, it's okay. It's an instinct for the father to protect it's family at all cost. Especially when their mate is having his pup." The doctor smiled.

"Okay, you can continue but carefully." Liz said watching as the doctor place the tube on my belly. "There it is. It's growing might fast. Especially for a werewolf. Only a goddess baby grow this fast." The doctor gasped. "Yes, my mate it part goddess. Now when is it due?" Liz asked getting impatient. "Oh, it is due in 2 months." He said. "Would you like to know the gender?" He asked cleaning the gel off my belly. "Yes." Me and Liz answered. "Alright the gender will be revealed on the picture." He smiled and we waited in the office to get our picture of our pup.

"Here you go, congratulations." The nurse smiled handing us an envelope. "Open it now it when we get home?" I asked biting my lips. "Home." She answered and we drove home going straight to our room. "You open it." I said pushing it to her. "Okay." She smiled opening the envelope.
