Chapter 3: Unwanted Reunions

3rd Person POV:

After the robbery by Roman Torchwick, Ruby, Luna, and Aina have all been taken in for questionin by Glynda Goodwitch, who's currently scolding the three girls.

Glynda: I hope that you three realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly, young ladies. You put yourselves and others in great danger.

Luna/Ruby/Aina: They started it!

Glynda: If it were up to me, you'd all be sent home... With a pat on the back... (notices Ruby and Luna's smile)
...And a slap on the wrist.

She demonstrates by moving her riding crop near the three girls hands as each of them avoid it as Glynda then hits Aina in the head with the crop.

Aina: Ow!

Glynda: Especially you! You very likely would've lost your life for doing a stunt like that.

Aina: (downcast) I'm sorry...

Glynda: (sighs) But... there is someone here who would like to meet you all.

She moves out of the way as a man in green come through the doorway, holding a mug and a plate consisting of some cookies, a vanilla muffin, and a small container of strawberries.

Ozpin: Ruby Rose... (leans in to look at her face) You... have silver eyes.

Ruby: Uh, um...

Aquarius: (What a creep)

Luna: (He's not a creep he's the headmaster of Beacon Ozpin)

Ozpin: So! Where did you three girls learn to do this? (gesturing with his head at the tablet showing their fight with Romans Henchmen)

Ruby/Luna/Aina: Signal Academy!

Ozpin: They taught you to use some of the most dangerous weapons ever designed?

Ruby: Well, one teacher in particular.

Aina & Luna: We have someone in our family teach us while Signal Academy mainly taught us the basics.

Ozpin: I see...

He puts the plates of sweets down as Aina, Luna, and Ruby each tentatively pick up one of their respective treat before eating it in one bite, and then, not seeing any rebuttal, shovels the rest into their mouths.

Ozpin: It's just that I've only seen one other scythe-wielder of that skill before. A dusty, old crow...

Ruby: (mumbles through her full mouth) Oh! That's my uncle! (she then swallows and wipes her mouth, embarrassed) Sorry. That's my Uncle Qrow! He's a teacher at Signal.

Ruby: I was complete garbage before he took me under his wing. And now, I'm all like- Hooowaaah! Witchaaaa! (proceeds to make some karate-style poses and noises causing Luna and Aina to giggle)

Ozpin: So I've noticed. (placing his cup on the table as he leans in, then sits down opposite Ruby) And what is an adorable girl such as yourself doing at a school designed to train warriors?
