Chapter 4: Avoidance Of The Past

Luna POV:

After Aina made me feel better from my... breakdown, we both decided to head to the Auditorium despite her being there.

I keep a hold of Aina's hand as she turns to me with a warm smile that I can't help but return with one of my own, we finally make it to the entrance as Aina turns to me.

Aina: Are you sure you want to go?

Luna: Yeah, just...please don't let go of my hand.

Aina: I won't.

She gives me a headpat as I can't help but feel happy from the sensation as we finally open the door seeing the rest of the applicants standing by as on the stage Professor Ozpin and Goodwitch are preparing something up on the stage.

I look around seeing Weiss again as I can't help but hold on to Aina's hand tighter, she notices as she looks at Weiss and gently pulls me away into an open spot away from the crowd but still giving us a clear view of the stage.

Aina: Are you okay?

Luna: Fine, thank you sister.

She pats my head again as I feel my smile return, I turn to the crowd taking in the various weapons and Aura's as a few sorta stick out to me... Weiss's own Aura being one of them.

Luna: (There's so many strong Auras around)

Aquarius: (Don't let yourself be discouraged you've made a lot of progress since the past)

Luna: (Right...)

3rd Person POV:

While Aina and Luna continue to look on at the crowd, Ruby is seen talking with Yang as the rose girl is still upset about what happened earlier with Weiss.

Yang: (once Ruby joins her, arms crossed) How's your first day going, little sister?

Ruby: You mean since you ditched me and I exploded?

Yang: Yikes! Meltdown already?

Ruby: No, I literally exploded a hole in front of the school! And there was some fire, and I think some ice...?

Yang: (smiling broadly) Are you being sarcastic?

Ruby: (scoffs as unbeknownst to her Weiss is approaching her) I wish! I nearly tripped over some crabby girl's luggage, and then she yelled at me, and then I sneezed, and then I exploded, and then she yelled at me again, and I felt really, really bad, and I just wanted her to stop yelling at me!

Weiss: You!

Ruby: (quickly jumping into her sister's arms) Oh, God, it's happening again!

Weiss: You're lucky we weren't blown off the side of the cliff!

Yang: (deadpan) Oh my God, you really exploded.

Ruby: It was an accident. (getting down to speak with Weiss) It was an accident! (Weiss then holds up a pamphlet titled "DUST for dummies and other Inadequate Individuals" to Ruby) What's this?

Weiss: (listing off policies to a clueless and horrified Ruby, going faster and higher pitched with each word) The Schnee Dust Company is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained while operating a Schnee Dust Company product.
