Studying for Sweets: Okumara Yukio

Your head hit the desk in frustration over your failing test grade. You couldn't understand how you kept failing these random tests when you study all the time! Sure, you had taken that one break that one time to get ice cream with your best friend Rin. Oh! And there was the time right after that other time where you slept on Yukio's bed to make him mad (which didn't really work seeing as he cuddled into you happily since you've been dating for months). Yeah, your studying ethics needed work... You looked over all the wrong answers, you had no clue how you would pass this class when it seemed impossible to do so now unless you wanted to retake it next year.

"Class is dismissed." Yukio's voice rang through the class, "Except you, (Y/S/N). We are going to have to talk about your test grades." your classmates snickered as they all left and Rin winked at you causing your face to illuminate with a red colour.

Once the class had left you had meandered to his desk in which he was sitting, "Yukio! I swear I have been studying!" he glared up at you and pulled up all of your tests that have poor grades.

"Your field work may be very good (Y/S/N) but these test grades are killing you!" the brunette rubbed his face with his hands, "so don't try feeding me this bullshit about you studying! I see you running around with all of your friends! Isn't this important to you?!" he stood up, standing taller than you.

"It is important! It's very important-- wait why aren't you calling me (Y/N)?!-- I'm honestly trying so har-"

"THATS A LIE AND WE KNOW IT!" the cracking sound coming from his desk was almost matching his voice, not even trying to answer your name question. "If you don't make up with test grade and it is not a 100%, we aren't doing anything special for Valentine's Day." it crushed Yukio's very soul to say this, but he had to make sure you got a good grade and didn't have to retake his class. Your (E/C) orbs moistened at the corners as he said that sentince. Unless you were getting tutored and studied without sleeping would you get that grade.

"Yukio..." your jaw dropped as he embraced you in a hug. You looked up at him and pouted, your (E/C) eyes shining like diamonds.

"C'mon," the said male nuzzled your neck, "don't give me that look. It's not fair. I can't say no to it."

"But I want to spend Valentine's Day with you." your lips quivered as a tear runs down your cheek.

"Hunh." his breath tickled your neck, "how about we study right now at my dorm, we can make it a game."

The next thing you knew was being in the Okumara's dorm room, sitting on the spinny chair as Yukio sat on his bed. You had just finished a pretest so he could see if you knew anything at all that was on the test. Tch after tch left his lips, signifying that another problem was wrong.

"How did you manage to get into this program?" he sighs, taking his glasses off. The paper he handed back to you only had one answer right, which was for the date... Which still wasn't right but who pays attention to that anyways?!

"I'm amazing at speeding different languages..." you mumbled as you feared up. He just called you stupid! What kind of boyfriend does that.

"I guess you have room for improvement." he stood up, going in front of you. "I have an idea for helping you study, I use it with Rin." '

'Oh boy, if he uses it with Rin I must be really stupid,' you thought silently to yourself, "how do we play?"

"I asked you a question," he reached over you and pulled out a hidden box of chocolates in a heart box, "if you get it right you get food. These were supposed to be for Valentine's Day but I can get more."

And so the questions started. Rin came in trying to steal you away and you would have gone if it weren't for Yukio's death grip on your arm, he was finally able to spend time with you and his annoying twin, as he thought, wasn't taking you from him. You had managed to get two questions right after that episode and enjoyed the smooth chocolate. The exorcist read a short novel to you about all the demons and what they were. He then asked questions to see what you remembered and you got all of them right!

"See, studying the right way makes a difference!" Yukio yawned after two hours of tutoring you. You were snuggling in his arms sitting on the bed.

"Yeah but now you don't have any sweet treats for me." your lips turned into a frown.

"Well, there is one treat you could still get." he kissed your ear softly. Your (S/C) flushed as you rested your head on his shoulder.

"Oh, and what's that?" you giggled, a guess in your head.

"I could do this." he leaned down and kiss you softly, yet with passion. The kiss ended way too soon for your liking and you kissed him again. "Ah aha ah. Only if you get the answer right!" he pulled away quickly from your lips and got out another ratty looking textbook.

"I could find myself playing this game a lot." you mumbled listening to his heartbeat as the words left his mouth like he was meant to say what was written in text.
