Chapter 3 - Welcome To The Black Parade

What? How? Harry couldn't possibly know! No, that couldn't happen, not even Soph knew this was fake, even our parents thought it was real.

This isn't happening, this can't be happening.

Liz is gonna hate me!

"I-, we're-" Ian seems at a loss for words, not that I can really blame him.

"What is he talking about?" Liz is looking at me with shock in her eyes, and maybe disappointment. But also...

Relief?

I turn to Harry, "We aren't faking a relationship, we're..." I try to think of a way to explain it without sounding like some dumb girl trying to worm her way out of a lie.

"Yeah, okay," Harry snorted, "And I'm the Queen of England."

Liz looks back and forth between Ian and me, before letting her gaze drop to his arm, which had fallen from my waist.

"I always thought you guys acted more like friends than a couple, but I didn't want to point it out or ask you about it because I thought that'd be rude."

"Yeah, I did as well, but I didn't want to sound weird or biased because I hadn't liked Ian at first." Louis added.

"Yeah, same goes for me," Soph chimed in.

Now I was at a loss for words. This was ridiculous! Ian and I have been keeping this secret for so long and suddenly everyone knew? And none of them said anything?

This is unbelievable!

I looked over at Ian, who sighed and nodded his head, before turning back to my small group of friends, "Yeah, Ian and I were faking a relationship, but we had a perfectly good reason!"

I looked around, knowing I would have to explain myself, and sighed.

Just to put it out there:

Liz, Soph, Wyatt, Kayla, and Ian are all sophomores (Grade 10)

Harry is a junior (Grade 11), Louis a senior (Grade 12)

Its also really short, like, even shorter than usual, but that's why I promised to update 3 times a week ahah
