Lucy's POV

"Lucy, try and get along with the other princes tonight. All you have to do is choose one! It's not that hard?!" My father told me looking out his window, with a hint of anger in his voice. "No! I've had enough! This is ridiculous... I should find love naturally!" I yelled at him stubbornly.

Why did he even care for that?! I am only 12!!

The mansion was dead silent. "DON'T YOU DARE YELL AT ME!!" He yelled back angrily. "YOU DISGRACE! IM TIRED OF YOUR BITCHING! GET OUT OF HERE!!" He yelled, his voice filling in the silence.

I ran out of the mansion in a white dress that stops right above my knees and has white ribbons on the sides of my waist, white flats,a white bracelet, and small heart earrings. I grabbed the clothing that mama got me and a couple of other things that I needed and ran out.

"As if I care about that bastard!" I examined angrily and sniffling. I always felt alone, especially that mama left. I also always felt like something was missing, a memory, a part of my life? I always thought it was just my imagination but it bothered me so much, I wish I could just remember.

I walked down the cold streets of Magnolia, not caring about how I look. I've had enough of that kingdom! Father was so demanding! He never even cared about me. All he cares about was marrying me off to some snobby, perverted prince just for money! Does he have any shame or decency?! But who cares now. It's all over, or at least I thought it was.
