Chapter 12

{A/N: Met Suna's parents already, I decided to make them meet Osamu's :"0 6 people on discord and wattpad wanted me to do it so here you go- I'm sorry in advance if it's shit-}

2 weeks after they met Suna's parents, Osamu wanted Suna to meet his parents. Suna agreed after a lot of bribing and begging. I mean, he would have to do it eventually-

Osamu's parents planned to come over for dinner that night. From what Atsumu described, their parents were outgoing and humble, strict when they need to but because they care-

7pm

Osamu was busy cooking and Suna was practicing what he was going to say later, he made sure he looked good and then prayed Osamu's parents were nice.

The doorbell rang after 40 minutes of Suna silently panicking but still keeping his usual deadpan expression on. He got up from the bed and walked over to the door, unlocking it and then opening it for Osamu's parents.

"Good evening uncle, good evening aunty"

Suna greeted in the nicest way possible.

"So this is my future son in law! You have very pretty eyes dear!"

Was the first thing his mom said.

"Don't be so loud! You're gonna scare him!"

His father then said.

"He is pretty tho!"

Suna politely thanked them and let them sit on their sofa before offering them both a glass of water. Osamu came out of the kitchen and greeted his parents, it had been a long time since they met.

"The food isn't ready yet, so I'll leave you both to Rin first"

"Take your time~ I'm sure your boyfriend will keep us company~"

His mother hummed.

His father also agreed so Osamu went back to cooking and Suna sat down with them.

And they were really open minded! Suna stopped panicking after a while. His parents asked a lot of questions. When did you both meet, how did they meet, when would they get married, names for the baby, what Suna's job was and so on. Overall, they got along pretty well.

Osamu got dinner ready about 30 minutes later.

They ate and chatted. Osamu was happy that Suna was getting along with his parents.

9pm

They finished dinner and Suna offered to wash the dishes while Osamu talked to his parents.

"Your boyfriend is so pretty!"

His mother whisper-screamed.

"As long as you're happy with him, you have our blessings!"

His father was also happy.

It somehow put his worried heart at peace. All the weight suddenly falls off of his shoulders. He feels ten times better.

"Rin! I'll wash the plates later, my parents want to talk to us."

Osamu said as Rintarou quickly dried his hands and sat down at the table with them.

"Rintarou, Osamu, we hope you both will take care of yourselves."

His dad said.

His mom continued,

"Rintarou, if my son ever hurts you, you know where to go"

Suna laughed it off and thanked her.

His parents hoped to be able to be there when he gave birth. They were excited to meet their grandchild after all.

"Take care you both!"

They said their goodbyes and a tiring day ends. I wonder what's next-
