A rush of excitement went through me as I looked around the familiar town. One day that's all and I'd be back on the run from it.

I wasn't allowed to speak of the horrors. No one was. I took a seat inside the Mystic Grill smiling at my waiter. I actually wasn't here for any bourbon but to see my siblings.

Being my usual straight forward self I was ready to compel him but a blonde walked in the shop and hope filled my eyes as I stared at my sister.

"Rebekah, hello." I spoke my voice no higher than a whisper but Rebekah heard me clearly. Not having the reaction I expected her to have Rebekah simply glared at me.

"After all these years why'd you finally decide to come back Cassia? Why?" Rebekah spoke loudly. I stared at my sister in disbelief, Rebekah was always calm. Well sometimes that is.

"I just wanted to say goodbye before-" I stopped myself before I could say anything else about the topic. "Before what Sia?" Rebekah asked me.

"Nothing I have to go." I said as I got up. "I'm afraid I can't let you go." That was the last thing I heard before it went dark.

Barely five minutes later I woke up in a sort of dungeon. "For God's sake Rebekah use some more vervain next time don't ya." I said.

"She's awake!" Rebekah yelled and three larger figures entered the room. "Sister." Klaus said with a smirk. I grimaced at my brothers but eventually a smile made its way to my face.

"Hello brothers." I said with a smirk. "Elijah, Kol, Niky." I said. Klaus rolled his eyes at his nickname.

"Help!" Another voice shouted from a room. I got up from my chair and stared at my siblings to explain.

"That is a vampire that we need to get information from." Kol said. "Who's he?" I asked. "Damon Salvatore." Elijah answered. I nodded in response but still not knowing who that was.

thanks for choosing enchanting! so a few things I'd like to clear up. This book doesn't follow the original storyline.

I'm kinda trying to merge everything in one season so forgive me if you're confused.

Secondly, I don't know when Damon and Cassia are gonna get together bc I'm trying to write slowburn but I'm terrible at it soooo.....

And also face claim for Cassia is Crystal Reed.
