You were part of the company to reclaim Erebor because you couldn't let your beloved Kili go on a dangerous quest without you. Right now you two were snuggled up next to each other on the grass. You were drifting off to sleep while laying your head on Kili's shoulder when you two were awoken by an Orc scream. You quickly grabbed your sword out of instinct but Kili whispered," It's okay, darling, the orcs are miles away. Don't worry I'll protect you no matter what even though I know you are a skilled fighter." With that he kissed your temple and whispered comforting words into you ear until you fell asleep.
