-----TRIGGER WARNING-----

-I apologize in advance. The poor boy must suffer a little bit more.-

3rd POV

Izuku woke up to find himself chained to the ceiling. His wrists were so bloody and raw that the slightest movement sent pain shooting down his arms. I think they are infected. He thought to himself. He coughed, blood trickling from his lips. He no longer cared. He heard the door open, feeling the rush of cold air sting his scalp.

"Glad you're awake Number seven!" Shigiraki came into the room. He seemed a little too happy. Izuku kept his head lowered, watching the blood hit the floor. Shigiraki was not happy about him being ignored. He swiftly grabbed a whip and went behind Izuku. The small boy simply braced himself for the pain.

The angry man threw three large slashes onto the boys back. Satisfied with the screams that it gave him, he walked infront of the boy again, smiling at him. The boy looked up to his captor and saw another person in the room. Katsuki Bakugo stood quietly behind the blue haired boy. Izuku knew he wasn't real. He was just a constant reminder of the mistakes Izuku made. A tear escaped his eye as he looked at his friend.

"Well Number seven. I think it's about time for another quirk. Don't you?" He asked sinisterly.

"Do whatever you want." He whispered. Shigiraki's smile grew wider.

"Well if that's the case.." He trailed off. He unhooked the boy from his chains. With his legs too weak to hold himself up, he hit the floor with a sickening thud. He coughed onto the floor, holding his head in pain. "Stand. Now." He shakily pushed himself off the floor, swaying as the room began to spin. He held his head again, trying to make everything stop moving. He lurch forward, being dragged down the hall. The long hall led to a singular room. Once there, Izuku was pushed inside.

He noticed that he was in a surgical room of sorts. There was a window on one side of the room with people in white coats looking into the room. As Izuku watched them, he was grabbed by his collar. He was spun around to face a new doctor. The person wore a surgical mask and goggles, hiding their features. "Remove your shirt." They demanded. Izuku took a step back. "Now." Their voice boomed, making Izuku jump. He removed the tattered shirt, holding it to his chest.

Another doctor rushed into the room, dragging Izuku onto the table where he was strapped down again. His head was pushed to the side and the doctor started to read off the words tattooed to his skull. "Experiment 007. Property of the League of Villains. QI-4439. QI-1402."

"Got it. He want's another quirk manifestation injection too, right?"

"Yes."

Izuku listened to their conversation, he had no idea what was about to happen, but he knew it wasn't going to be good. Looking around the room, he saw more cameras pointed towards him, all of them blinking red. He looked to the side and saw Kacchan sitting at the wall. He smiled softly letting the tears roll onto the table. "Maybe this will kill be and I can be free." He said not so quietly.

The doctors chuckled, bringing the boy back to reality. They had prepped surgical equipment and vials. Izuku gritted his teeth.

"W-who are you?" He asked. Neither of the doctors responded. "What are you going to do to me?" Panic laced his voice. His questions seemed to irritate the first doctor.

"You need to learn how to keep your mouth shut." The low voice said. The man walked over and stuck a needle into Izuku's shoulder. He hissed in pain, watching the needle fill with blood. The other doctor, who was a bit shorter than the first, walked up to Izuku, shining a light in his eyes.
