Today you were called to the office of the HR Manager for some reason.
You have been working as a consultant for 2 years in this company and you thought this could be the good news that you've been waiting for.
But entering the office, you saw your colleague Ri Houjun sitting down with the boss.

"Come and join us, Ms Y/N..." the boss told you.

You sat down next to Ri.
You wanted to wipe off that smirk on his face.You never liked him since he joined your department a year ago.
Maybe, it's his style...his shirt was always tucked in inside his baggy high waisted trousers.
Maybe coz he is too friendly...sucking up to just about everyone in the company or maybe he's just so ugly wearing those geeky glasses.
Gah...you hate his guts per se.
And right now, you ignored his good morning and didn't even look at him.

So, you were given a rush project that you and him have to work on together tonight. It is an important account for the company and your boss could only count on you and Ri.
He just said the two of you were his best people and all you can do was to grit your teeth while faking a smile when the boss told you all of this.
He wants you and Ri to do the paperwork and judging from the complexity of this project, you could be pulling an all nighter with him.
Meaning ,you will be stuck in the office with this dork.
Ugh, for Christ sake...not on a Friday night. That means you had to cancel a date with the hot guy from accounts.

"It'll be my pleasure to work with you Ms. Y/N..." Ri said extending a hand.

"Im sure, you do." you said turning away. You didn't care what the boss thought of your gesture.You just wanna get over it with.

Ri met you at the conference room at around 8 pm. Everyone have left the office by 6,so it's just you and him in there. Night guard guy will check in at about 10 coz HR decided to cut salaries and took a part-timer for the job for the meantime.

"Here's for a long night..." , Ri brought some Tim Horton's takeaway for you and himself. Well, you do get your everyday cup from Tim Hortons...this creep had been watching you.
"Uh no, thanks. I'm cutting down on caffeine." you lied.

"Oh that's a shame....", he said trying to get casual with you, but you rolled your eyes at him.

He sits down infront of you and brings out his back pack. You watched him bring out his things including his laptop.
"Are we in grade school or something? " you chuckled.
You always had a way to diss him coz you can. You were the single pretty girl in the office and you always knew that he had a huge crush on you. But you have turned him down even before that was known.

Ri had sent you an email just now...what the hell for?
Going through it, your breath hitched and your face turned white.
Fuck...
It was your secret file with all the transactions that you didn't report to the office.
You froze on your chair and when you looked at him you saw his obnoxious smile.
"What have you been doing, Y/N?"

You were shook to the core.
What if the boss finds out about this? You can't get fired...You fucking need this job.
"What do you want?", you asked.

And Ri leaves the table, goes to the door and locks it.
"I will not tell anyone about this file...if we can have a deal, you know."

"No, you won't..." you scoffed." You can't scare me.".
No way your gonna let him blackmail you.

"Oh really,..." he sat down on the edge of the  table. "You think, I can't do it? Well, it's already on a scheduled auto-send to the HR and top management. So by tomorrow morning, they'll know."
