The Throne.

3. Wolf λύκος

Its been a week since the princess declined the proposal her dad, the king had given her.
She was right now in the middle of the punishment she received as a result of the king's anger.
She had to train a total of 9 hours a day for whole 6 months.
She didn't really mind training for extra hours as she was already used to the cruel punishments she would mostly get.

She was almost done with her training and was on to her shooting session. She was especially good at aiming as she was trained by a special person at it.
And that she enjoyed it as well.
She would like train alone when it came to shooting other wise she knew there were some people that were technically spies watching her on her father's order. She was in knowledge of that, that the people were watching her but didn't said anything to her father since that would just worse it more.
So to be alone she would train shooting In a small room so no one except her could enter at a time.

Just as she was done she got to the resting area where Andrew was waiting for her.
She smiled as soon as she saw him and patted him.
She started walking towards her chambers with Andrew walking side by her.

In the middle of walking she came upon the king's throne room as it was the way to where her chambers were,
The throne room, where the king is for the most of the time present.
She heard male shouting from inside and she knew it was her father who was in a fit of fury.

Her father had some extreme anger issues that no one could manage.
Her mother, the former queen was the only person who would just call out his name and the king would clam down and run into her arms.
But as the queen, her mother was no longer here there was no stopping the king. No one could stop the king when he is incensed.

The king was probably scolding some general or someone because that's what it's mostly been about for the past few weeks.
The king was very serious with his people and wanted the good for them always.
He wanted his people to be in a safe kingdom as long as he is the king.
But these past few days there have been some unidentified criminals that have been coming in the kingdom secretly. The king was getting restless now as they didn't have a single clue as to where they were coming from since they have already blocked all the possible places where they would have access to.

"This can't be happening! Add up ten more guards up there! And I don't want this happening again! Find out where they are coming in without having to come through the gates!
NOW!!"

Just then a group of almost 20 generals came running out of the door that were totally panic struck with what had happened behind those doors.
The princess hid behind the pilaster that was on the front side of the throne room.
As the generals didn't see her they got out of the place with hurry probably to plan a way to make the king's attention go somewhere else since they already had given up on finding a way out.

The princess was going to continue on her way to her chambers to rest after a long day. But she came to a halt when she heard someone talking inside. She didn't know that voice, it was not her father who was talking then. That someone was speaking in a very low voice almost as in whispering.

The princess was curious as to what the king was trying to hide so she slowly and carefully made her way close to the door to hear better.
She did heard them but couldn't hear them properly enough to know what they were talking about.

"Your highness, the rumor has been going everywhere now.". "They should be coming.". "We should hurry before-"

She couldn't hear no more, but she noticed that the king didn't replied to the unknown guy even once. From that she knew it was nothing good. She now wanted to find what the king was planing to do since they never had a situation like this one before. She knew that it was somehow related to the criminals that have been coming in the kingdom. The thing was that the criminals were not the people that were in the kingdom. But no one knows since the kingdom is a big one to start with.

There was more talking heard now but she turned around to go back. She was getting tired.

Just before she got away she heard one word that gave her chills all over.
