It was just like any other day, Hannah and Emily were in Hannah's car driving to the park where they would say goodbye like any other day. Something was wrong though. There was a weird gut feeling that something would go wrong that night. Hannah thought it was something about leaving Emily on her own that night for her to walk home. So instead of letting her walk home Hannah had offered to drive her home. Emily was indeed confused why that night was so different but Hannah was certain that was the problem.

Once Hannah had dropped off Emily to her house and said goodbye she still had that gut feeling that something bad would happen and she couldn't pinpoint was could possibly be wrong. She started the drive home in the dark and silence... Everything felt still and unreal. Like time had stopped. Hannah was abruptly taken out of her trance to the sight of two pairs of headlights driving straight towards her. Glass was shattered everywhere. Screams could be heard from the injured and scared Passengers. Then, Silence. All that was heard was Hannah's rough breathing while coughing laid in the ditch with a burning car behind her. Engulfing the smoke  every second. No one came to help. They just watched her suffer. Within minutes of the accident which felt like days, sirens were heard in the distance. Help. Finally.

~(FIRST PERSON)~(PERSPECTIVE CHANGE)~

I could hear the wailing of the sirens behind me with shouts made from the ambulance and police crew. I couldn't move. I couldn't shout where i was. I was frozen. Everything then went black like i had passed out. Or that's what i thought happened. I woke up to a blurred sight of my family crying above me with doctors silent. Weren't they happy to see me? "I'm sorry. She's gone." I heard one of the nurses say which followed to my family bursting into tears while being took out the hospital room. My mum couldn't take her eyes off of me. What was happening? I felt very much alive. I stood up and looked around. I saw myself. There on the bed. Blood covered my face, cuts seen all over me. What happened to me? Was it the car accident? That's all i last remember, laying there helpless on the side of the road. I walk out of the opened door to see my whole family in distress in an empty waiting room. The doors then bust open to Emily and her family running through to see the image of doctors comforting my family. Its like a conversation happened but nothing was said. I shout for them. No one responding. It felt like a nightmare...

With everyone ignoring me i decided to go to my local shop again to get a snack. It was bright outside so it must have been a new day. But even then people i recognised, Wouldn't say Hello back to me or acknowledge i was even there in their presence
