We land on Coruscant, I stand and walk to Cal.

"Ready?" He asks me. I grin as the ramp opens.

"Yes I am." I tell him. The group of us walk out onto the hangar bay when 4 TIE fighters land around us. A transport ship slowly comes to rest as Cal and Cere stare with horror. I put up a front of false fear and watch as the transport ship opens. Two squads of stormtroopers exit the ship, followed by Darth Vader.

"Cal Kestis." Vader says, walking toward us.

"How did you find us?" Cal exclaims. I begin to chuckle, dropping the fearful facade and walking to stand beside Vader, placing my helmet on my head once more.

"Oh Cal, how naive you are." I say.

"But he killed Darth Maul!" Cere says. I shake my head as the three of them are pushed to their knees and cuffed.

"We knew that you have been watching the Empire, and me in particular, very closely. Cere may think her skills with comms are very advanced but they indeed... are not. My father was an excellent warrior, but he was lost in the rage and need for vengeance against Obi-Wan Kenobi. Kenobi is a powerful Jedi Knight and Vader and I both knew he would best my father, but there was no stopping Darth Maul from going after him. We used this as an opportunity to send the false transmission, we knew it would draw you three to us." I say.

"What about the memory your father showed you through the force?" Cal asks, I grin.

"You mean the false memory I created with the force to put into your head, Cal? You may be a skilled fighter, but you have much to learn. You are desperately optimistic, that is your downfall." I turn to look at Vader. "The holocron is destroyed. We have no further use for them." Vader nods.

"Kill them all." Vader says as we turn and walk back into the transport ship.

...

I stand within the Death Star, once again bearing the Imperial insignia. Vader walks up to stand beside me.

"We have news, a fight over Scarif. The rebels are attempting to access the Death Star plans." He tells me.

"Let's stop them then." I say, walking to the hangar bay. Vader and I board my ship and fly to a Star Destroyer thats heading into battle.

"The rebel base is located on Yavin 4, Cal made the mistake of taking me there to meet their beloved princess." Vader nods as we reach the control center. The Death Star jumps out of hyperspace to our left.

"The new station will be tested at a low power, the battle has already destroyed most of the rebel ships. We need only take care of the little ones." I grin.

"I'll head to my ship." I walk to the hangar bay and board my ship, accompanied by my soldiers. "Dock in the main one's hangar. I want to deal with them myself." The pilot soars over to the alliance's main cruiser, docking in its mostly empty hanger bay. My purge troopers and I exit, taking out what little rebels are left inside. The blast doors to the main halls are closed just as we reach them, I look at the soldiers behind me.

One of them rushes to the control panel and splices through it, opening the doors. The hallway inside is dark, I can see the rebel soldiers at the other end standing ready to fire. I make sure my helmet is on tight and walk up halfway down the hall. They can't see me, they would have begun to fire by now. The twelve purge soldiers stop with me, six lined on each of my sides. With a sly grin, I ignite my red double blade. The room glows red, revealing my purge soldiers and their glowing purple weapons, and me in my terrifying garb.

"The Grand Inquisitor! Fire!" A soldier yells. With very little effort, I deflect their blaster shots. My soldiers fire at them, taking them out with ease. I use the force to lift their commander, sending him soaring towards me as I shove my saber through his chest. With the rebels lying dead around us, we turn down the hall and easily take out any rebel that steps in our way. Finally, we reach the command center. The Captain spins to face us in fear, trying to fire at us as my soldiers take out the rest of his crew. I force pull him to me, he struggles to gasp for air.

"The rebel alliance will not persevere, captain. You chose the wrong side." I say. Without another word, I snap his neck and he falls to the floor. "Let's head back. Inform Vader that this cruiser can now be taken back for a thorough looking over."

"Yes, Grand Inquisitor." My soldiers say.

...

I board Tantive IV, walking down its halls in search of Lord Vader. He stands in the control center, Leia Organa in front of him.

"Lyra, I knew you couldn't be trusted." She says. Her tone is vile, I grin. "Where's Cal and Cere?"

"Dead." I say with a smile. I watch the look of betrayal cross her face and revel in it. "If they hadn't destroyed the holocron, perhaps I would have spared them. But, they took my life's work from me. So, I took everything from them."

"Inquisitors are created through torture and pain, Lyra. Why do you stay loyal to the ones who hurt you so badly?" I walk towards her and take her chin in my hand, looking down over her.

"I am not your average Inquisitor, princess. I was not born of torture and deception. I was saved from death as a child by Darth Maul and brought to the Empire. My master showed me compassion, dear Leia, not pain. I got what the Jedi temple could have never given me," I step back and motion around us. "A purpose, a family. The loyalty I have for this Empire is something I could never give up so easily for a rebel alliance. The hope you rebels claim to possess, it makes you naive. It makes you so trusting that it's sickening. It will be what destroys you."
