                                                                                        HERMIONE'S ENTRY

Tomorrow I'm going to the lawyer's with Draco. That sounds scary.

I remember the first time I went to the lawyer's after my marriage. I insisted on getting married in the muggle way also, so I dragged Ron to the lawyer's to sign the documents.
On the way till there, we passed by the London Eye, and I started talking abut it and Big Ben and the usual stuff.
All this while he was extremely quiet. So, I stopped talking and he was still like that, so to test whether he was listening or not I suddenly burst out laughing and amid my laughter, I asked him,"Wasn't that hilarious?!". then he noticed me and he also started laughing. Now, that really got me angry.
I stopped laughing mid-sentence and frowned. I guess he noticed that, and asked me what was wrong. I asked him why he was acting like that and what he was thinking of.
He gave me a smirk and said,"Lavender Brown".
By then we had reached, so I got out of the taxi and stormed inside. I went to the receptionist and told her that I was there for the 3:20 pm appointment.
I suppose I looked pretty annoyed so she asked."For the divorce lawyer, ma'am?".
I looked up and started laughing, and said,"No, no. Marriage."
That's when I noticed Ron standing beside me with an innocent and confused expression. He then said feebly,"Am I supposed to laugh now?". I couldn't stand him looking like that so I said,"No, nothing. Never-mind. Let's go."

That has to be one of the most vivid memories I have with him, and to think that all of these memories have started fading away, just like Ron, is a terrible thought. I don't want to forget him, but I have no way of preventing it.
But till date I don't know what he was thinking about, and probably never will.

How pathetic is the way of life. . .
