Today morning at around 9:30 am Scorpion came to me and said that there was The Minister of Magic, Cho Chang, to see me. I told him to show her in the living room and tell her to wait, till I got ready.
After about 15 minutes, I went down. "How do you do, Mr.Malfoy?", she asked. She looked much more mature since I last saw her. I also noticed that she had lost quite a bit of her accent.
"Very well, thank you. And may I take this opportunity to ask you why are you in my humble abode at this time of the day, when you should be in the Ministry of Magic?", I replied.
"Well I can see that your behaviour is very much the same, Mr.Malfoy", she said with annoyance. Well, I guess she doesn't like the name Malfoy.
"I don't believe you came here to discuss my behaviour; or did you?", I said.
I suppose that I went yo far with that line, but I really couldn't care less.
"Mr.Malfoy! Enough. I came here to discuss with you your relationship with Ms.Hermione G. Weasley. I also have information that you both had, shall we say meeting, with her on 9th December at London Eye.", she said.
My first thought was that 'how the hell did the Ministry find out?', but I just said, "Yes. But why the Ministry be interested in my personal life?"
"We would be as you say 'interested in my personal life' as Ms.Weasley has refused our order to give Mr.Weasley's will to the Ministry, and also you both have been having a lot of communication, so I thought that maybe you could convince her to give it to us.", after she had finished she took a few deep breaths and gave me the sort of look that indicated that I was defeated.
But I wasn't so I replied,"You see, me and Ms.Weasley are only acquaintances, and I cannot and will not persuade Ms.Weasley to do anything against her will. And now I believe that it is time for you to leave."
"Very well, Mr.Malfoy. I believe that I should be getting back to the Ministry as I'm expected in a while.", she said.
"Thank you, and I hope that the Ministry will not try to do something like this in the future, or shall I say, there might just be a small article in The Daily Prophet.", I said getting up.
"Yes, yes. But you must remember that we will get a hold on Mr.Weasley's will, with or without your support. Thank you.", she said as she got up and went out the door.
