(Author's note: Here I have tried a different form of writing that I see is commonly used on this app.  Hope you enjoy!)

Sam ran back out to the Impala as Dean instructed him to.  When he hopped into the front seat, he pushed the hair out of his face, trying to process everything that had happened.

Gabriel was just killed by the group of gods that were sitting inside a motel lobby.  Sam was super confused, did that really just happen? He asked himself is Gabriel really dead?

For a second, Sam felt relieved that the Trickster was finally gone.  But he immediately went back to, I'll..never see him again.

There was a rustle in the back seat.

"Heya, Samsquatch," a familiar voice said.  Sam twisted in his seat and saw Gabriel staring at him with a huge smile, his golden eyes now glossy with potential tears.  "Miss me?"

"H-How?!" Was all Sam could muster out.  He didn't understand what he was feeling.  Angry? Relieved? Frustrated? Confused?

Gabriel placed his left hand on Sam's cheek.  "Well, a magician never tells his secrets."

Sam was flustered, his beating heart felt like he had just finished a marathon.

"Listen," Gabriel said in a serious tone for once, "I have to go in there and kill my brother...and I don't know if I'll come back this time."

Sam shook his head slightly, he was feeling sad.  "N-No.." he quivered, "y-you can just come back the same way you did this time! Aren't you an arch-angel? You can come back, you're powerful!"

"Not as powerful as Hell's ruler," Gabriel shrugged.

They just sat there, Gabriel took his hand off of Sam's cheek.  But Sam immediately grabbed his hand and slammed his head on the back of the seat, crying while he held the angel's hand tightly.  Over and over he muttered no, no,no.  Gabriel ruffled the hair on Sam's head, looking outside to see the bright flash of light that showed that Lucifer was here.

"There's not much time," Gabriel said hurriedly, "I need to go."

"I'm going to say yes!" Sam yelled at the other man, "I'll do anything, just dont go inside!"

Gabriel pulled his hand away from Sam's bear grip and shook his head.  "I need to, Sam."

The angel got out of the car and Sam quickly fumbled with the door to get out as well.  Gabriel looked up at the taller man and walked toward him grinning.  He got on his toes and grabbed the hunter's face, pulling him down into a passionate kiss that Sam wished that would last forever. But after a few seconds, the angel pulled away and Sam's eyes were still closed.  Gabriel chuckled.

"You desperate little bitch," Gabriel said jokingly starting to walk past Sam and towards the motel.

Sam didn't know why, but his heart was telling him to stop the angel, while his mind told him to let him go. But Sam followed his heart, and ran towards the angel.

"Shut the hell up," Sam replied, blocking Gabriel's path.  He grabbed Gabriel's arm and waist, dipping the angel and kissing him once more.  Gabriel wrapped his other arm around Sam's neck, kissing him back like the world was going to end, which for him, it might.

Dean came running out of the motel yelling.  "Sam! A little help in here?! I was trying to call-"
He saw the two there and they ignored him.

"Come on man," Dean groaned, "the freaking Trickster? I'm done with this crap."

He walked back inside and Sam brought Gabriel back to his feet.

"Please come out alive," he begged.

"No promises," Gabriel sighed, "thanks for the kiss, Samantha."

Sam mustered out a laugh through his tears and Gabriel escaped his grasp.  Sam didn't want to let him go, but he knew he had too.

He was grateful to be with the annoying little angel one last time before he would never see him again.
