Only a Dreamworld

from ok to worse

        Today has some ups at least. It's getting close to Valentine's day, so we have this huge dance. No one has asked me though. I think that I might just not go. After all the only person that I would want to go with probably already has a date. I mean us junior's have some pretty girls, and I am not one of them.

         Now is not the time to think about that though. I am going to my favorite class, phy ed. I think that we will even be going cross country skiing. I have been looking forward to it all year.

         "Hola, Seniorita." That's Amanda. She has been my best friend for about a year and a half now. She moved to Appleton from Eau Claire last year. We weren't friends right away though. Because my other friend emma and I thought she was one of the populars.

          "Hello! I heard that we get to go cross country skiing today." As we walked away I could hear faint whispering coming from behind me.

          "Yeah, and yesterday she even made a bet that you were going to date her this year." Shoot! I now they are talking about me. My love life is ruined.
