Only a Dreamworld

What to do

The next day at school of course I sat by the one and only William. He does his cute smile, but something seems off about him today. I decide to shrug it off and just go back to listening to the teacher. (Odd I know right?)

That night I get a text saying to meet them at the park at midnight. Ohh!! That is so romantic I wonder what William has planned for us. I put on some leggings ballet flats and an Aero sweatshirt. I walk down the curving sidewalk to the swings and past that the river.

When no one is there I decide to wait on a wooden bench next to the flowing water. After about ten minutes I get up and look all around kind of irritated that he would just blow me off like, but I see a shadow over by the white pavilion.

Being the curious person that I am, I go over hesitantly to the place where I saw the mysterious shadow. A hand covers my mouth just before the words are able to glide off of my tongue. Blackness takes over me. I can't help but wonder if I have stepped into the void.
