Part 4: School Pageant

It was a very bright day when Miss Carthy annouced that there will be a school pageant and if there's anyone who would like to enter they must write their names on a list as the list would be running around the school.For a second my heart started beating very fast after hearing the Announcement..
...welll...you must be wondering why???Ok...To tell the naked truth I have always wanted to enter for the school pageant since the 8Th grade but i couldn't because i had doubts about my self image.Well...were are some bad comments from my other school mates that made me hate my self.So every time I would tell my self I wanna enter for the school pageant but i would drop the idea when i remember the nagative comments about my body.
You must be wondering about the nagative comments ...well they actually told me that I have a mens body and i look muscular and strong so that really hurt me.
This time around I literally closed my eyes and asked my self if this is how i want to live my life...Scared of what people will say?thats when i actually found the courage to put my name on the list and this time for good.

Afterschool*

As the afterschool bell rang I took all books and threw them in my school bag...it has been a long day.Ohh..and I cant wait to tell Rose about my decision.So as I come out of my class i see Rose coming my way.
"Hii Rose Bestie!!!"I said with a big fat grin on my dark face...
Rose:"Ohhh...hey you...you look like you've won a lotto game or something...tell me whats going on??"
"Ohhh...you can actually say that again ...because Guess what??"I asked .
Rose:"Friend you know I am very bad at guessing so please just tell me what's going on right way..."
"Ok..ok...I entered a school pageant friend."I said.
Rose:"Whaaat???ohh my God you finally did it...I really did not how i could convince you to do it all these years and you finally got the courage to do it.I am really proud of friend."Rose said.
"Yeah Thank you friend....I cant to wait for the competion day which is next week friday."I said.
Rose:"Ok dear you better prepare yourself..but i trust you friend.Ill see you next week.bye..."
Ok..bye babe"

Then we all took our seperate ways and went home.Well..immediately when I got home I told mom Adelaide about it and like always she said shell support me .
But..the thing is i really dont have the right outfits to compete with especially the last dress.But i hope and pray for something to come up .

*2 days later

Ohh my goodness i cant believe its monday already as i woke up and headed to the shower then dress up ,ate my breakfast and went to school.As I got at school I went past some girls who were gossiping about the school pageants but i really did not care.
Well..the monday was very slow but I was finally home as i greeted Mom Adelaide.Besides her there was a black plastic and before i could ask she said i should sit down.As i sat down she took the plastic and she removed a nice long black dress and black sparkling shoes ....I really did not believe my eyes.She told me that there's a relative who donated these to me and I was very grateful.I prayed and Thank God for his mercifulness.

*3days later(School Pageant day)
I had packed all the things i woould need at the pageant including my makeupin a suit case.So i was very excited so headed to school....it was a rainy day but the rain stopped and we competed.We firstly wore school uniform,then casual clothing,then swim wear then Formal clothing.To tell the truth my dress was sturning.
As they announced the results they annouced that I was the school Queen ...They putted a school sash on my shoulder a crown.Well they also gave me prsents.My friends were very happy for me and I had to go home and Show mom Adelaide.
So when I got home she saw me from the gate...and i told her to ulullate at me....
When i told her I won she even kissed me.That I could not even sleep because i thought i was dreaming and i really did not want the dream to end.
