26//The First Task

Previously...

"I'm not saying anything!" I said and they groaned angrily.

"Why not?" They asked in unison.

"It wouldn't be a surprise if I did say something, would it?" I asked them and they nodded.

Now...

"Y/N's too smart for you two!" Lee said and the twins gasped, looking at him.

"Words can hurt, Lee!" Fred said and I chuckled, which made him turn to me.

"Ah, shut it!" Fred said, chuckled, and hugged me.

"You love it when I annoy you!" I said with a smirk and he rolled his eyes.

"Not really but I'm getting used to it." Fred said and I playfully slapped his arm.

"You two need to stop putting hands on each other...it's weird!" Harry said and I chuckled with the others.

"Harry, stop it! They just stopped their stupid fight! Let them be!" Hermione scolded him and I chuckled and smiled at Hermione, who smiled back with a nod.

"You women...you get mad easily!" Harry mumbled and I raised my eyebrows at him.

"Wanna say it again?" I asked him and he shook his head, quickly.

"I'd rather live seeing another day so...Nah!" Harry said and we all laughed, including Ron.

Then, after the feast, we went to the common room where I tried to calm Harry down because he got nervous because of the task and when he was fine enough we all went to sleep...and waited for the first task...

*Next day*

"What if I'll do something stupid? What if I fail? What if someone gets hurt? What if Voldemort comes? What if-" Harry asked me panicking until I stopped him.

"Stop with the what-ifs! Harry, you're gonna be fine. And I'm rooting for you. You'll do well. I'm going to be there for you no matter what happens." I said with a smile. He calmed down a little and gave me a tight hug.

"Thank you, Y/N. I needed that. Let's eat...and then I gotta go." Harry said. I nodded and we ate some lunch.

When we were done I gave Harry one last hug and went to Ginny, Hermione and Ron.

"Shall we go?" I asked them and they nodded, standing up and then we walked to the, well, Quidditch pitch.

On our way there we saw the twins collecting bets and Lee ran next to me.

"Can you tell me now? What's the first task, I mean." Lee asked me and I chuckled.

"I- Fine. It has something to do with dragons." I whispered and Lee gasped.

"This is gonna be amazing!" Lee said and I nodded, happily.

"I'm so excited...you don't even understand!" I said, excitedly, and Lee chuckled.

"I can see that. Just wait until the twins see what's the first task." Lee said and I nodded, smiling.

"They'll be cheering for the dragons, not the champions, mark my words. Anyway...let's go and sit down." I said and he nodded.

Then, we walked next to Ron and Hermione and sat down.

"I'll go and wish Harry good luck! See you soon!" Hermione said. I nodded and started to talk with Ron, Lee and Ginny until the twins arrived and sat down behind us.
