'Stop here Charlie.' Georgie thought, using her telepathy, as she felt too sick to talk. Charles stopped the car. Georgie gulped back the bile that was rising in her throat and staggered out of the car. Logan and Hank did the same, both looking a bit green in the face.
"That's it Charles. I'm driving next time." Georgie said. Charles glared at her.
They soon recovered their stomachs and Georgie knocked on the door, noticing more burn marks on the letterbox. She scoffed and rolled her eyes. Hank raised a brow, and she shrugged in reply.
The door opened to reveal Magda. She looked the group over and sighed.
"Whatever it is, I'll write up a cheque for it." she said.
"We just need to talk to your son." Logan stepped forward.
"Okay. Peter! The cops are here. Again." she stepped back to let them in. They went inside.
"Hey Lorns. Where's Pie- Peter?" Georgie asked, correcting herself when she nearly said Peter's other name.
"He's in the basement Your Majesty." Lorna grinned. Georgie ruffled her hair and the group went down to the basement.
Peter was down there, playing ping pong by himself. Georgie smirked and clicked her Rolex watch. His silver hair was out behind him, and he wore a black shirt and some jeans. She skipped over to him and pecked his cheek. She walked back to her spot and clicked her watch again.
"You're not cops, are you? I mean, if you were, you wouldn't have a rental car and my best friend wouldn't be with you. Are you FBI?" Peter said, asking question a mile a minute.
"Slow down Speedy Gonzales. We're just like you." Georgie said, making a green butterfly appear with a subtle movement of her fingers.
Logan grinned and bony claws came out of his knuckles. Georgie started looking a bit green again, and covered her mouth.
"We need help breaking into the Pentagon." Hank said, avoiding the venomous glare from Charles.
Peter raised an eyebrow and shrugged. He sped on over to his Pong game and Georgie groaned. She walked forward.
"What does it take for me to convince you Peter?"
"Well..."
