Marrinettes mind travelled far whilst being carried through the sky by Chat.

'How did I even get here' The young girl thought. She couldn't believe a super hero had visited her house. And for what? What was his initial thought for visiting her. Obviously Marrinette didn't know it was really Adrien.

The nighttime wind was cold. And the coldness was only magnified by the speed they were traveling through the air.

Marrinette shivered, and hugged closer into Chat. Chat felt the embrace and pulled her further in as he noticed her shivering.

"Don't worry Marrinette, we're almost there." Letting it be known it wouldn't be long until she wouldn't be cold anymore.

Marrinette couldn't help but stare at the Chats face. His green cat eyes, His hair, falling onto his face so messily yet perfectly. How warm his hug was. She knew she was safe.

Marrinette had never felt for Chat like this before. Never would she dream of being like this with him as Ladybug. In that moment she almost felt bad for rejecting him all this time. She realized she had made Chat feel how Adrien made her feel. And that alone was enough to make her want to cry.

It was the same with Chat too. He couldn't believe he didn't recognize this extraordinary girl sooner. He never realized her from being so blinded by his love for Ladybug.

'We're here Mari."

'Noones called me Mari before. I like the way he does though, just the way he says it. It's different.' She said to herself, in her head.

Andre's ice cream.

"Such a cliché, Chat." She joked.

"I'm a simple man Mari."Chat said as they walked up to the cute ice cream stand. Whose legend is as follows,'Whatever couple shares Andre's ice cream together, stays together forever.'

"Hey Andre," the blond Chat started "What flavors do you have for us today?"

"Oh! Chat Noir, and Marinette! What a lovely sight. Butterscotch for his hair, and Blueberry for her eyes."

"We'll take it!"

As Andre scooped their cones, the boy and girl talked, and laughed. They walked to stroll at the park with their treats. After all this is where it happened. Where Marrinette became sad and Chat Noir decided he wanted to see her.

But Chat noticed her blank, sad expression.

"Mari, are you alright?" Chat was concerned for Marrinette. So many feelings for one simple heart.

"Well, this is where it happened. just today i was on a picnic with the perfect boy, Luka. Yet my mind wandered to another boy. His name is Adrien. Not sure if you know him. I'd loved Adrien since the day he let me borrow his umbrella. I thought he was just another snobby rich kid. But I was wrong. I was so wrong. He's amazing. Most girls like him bc he's just another French model. And he's attractive. But for me it's more than that. I see the way it hands are gentle with everything he does. How he always takes into account other people's feelings. He doesn't hesitate to put others before himself. And thats why I love him."

Marrinette was surprised by her own words. She doesn't think she's told anyone that much about her love for Adrien, except maybe Alya.

And Chat didn't know what to say, all this time Marrinette loved him. And just unknowingly admitted it too him.

"Adrien is stupid for never realizing your love Marinette, I've only been talking to you for about an hour and I could already tell whatever man you love is lucky." Chat Noir couldn't believe he hadn't recognized how she felt all this time. But it was too soon for Chat Noir to love her, they'd only really just met.

"Thanks Chat, but Adriens not stupid, just blind. I don't know how I could've made it more obvious."

"But enough about me, what's up with you kitty?"

Chat widened his eyes,"Oh well, I- okay theres this girl. I love her. Like a lot. Shes beautiful, confident, and is always there at the right times. But she loves someone else. And I guess loving me would make her feel unfaithful."

Marrinette already knew he was talking about Ladybug, sense she is Ladybug.

"But recently theres been this other girl, who just showed up in my life, and already I can tell she's perfect. And now I don't know what to do with all of these feelings." Chat confessed.

"I know exactly how you feel Chat, just know that no matter what I'm sure the first girl will support you." Marrinette reassured him.

They sat and talked. Ate their ice creams, and the whole time they admired each others beauty. Both astounded by the fact they hadn't seen eachother like this sooner. But again, both minds believed it was too soon.

They eventually walked down to a clear spot in the park, and layed on their backs. Staring into the night sky. Both felt as if they were in a movie. They looked at the constellations, and took in eachothers presence.

Chat looked at Marrinette's face as she stared into the sky. The way the moonlight lit up her perfect features. Her almond eyes and her cute button nose. Her pink lips and her jawline. The way she basked in the moonlight so gracefully. Reminded Chat of the time they danced in the sky in New York. But of course he was Adrien then. He couldn't believe that he didn't think even then that she loved him.

Chat Noir sat up from the grass,"come on Mari, I have somewhere else to show you." He reached out his hand and Marrinette gladly put her small hand into his bigger one.

They left the park and Chat extended his stick. Leaving off into the night. Marrinette felt as if they were chasing the moon. The amount of gracefulness Chat had traveling so high on nothing but a pole. So much trust in something that could give out so easily. And that meant she trusted him too. She felt so secure in his embrace. And she took in every moment of it. Never wanting to leave.
