Another chapter for you babies, I hope you like it!
= MATT'S POINT OF VIEW =
I wake to the shrill sound of my alarm clock. I grumble, sinking my face into the pillow. I wasn't a big fan of mornings, well, I don't think anyone is.
I get up and go straight to the bathroom. After that, I get ready quickly and leave the room, carrying my backpack and cell phone.
I hear a light knock on the door and roll my eyes. Angie. I needed to get used to the fact that I would now have security guards and that one of them was a complete idiot.
I open the door and raise my eyebrow.
- Good morning, Mr. Shade! - A man smiles and I reciprocate.
- Good Morning! You must be Tex... - He nods. - And please, just call me Matt. - He smiled.
- Where's Angie?
- Well, she ...
- Already missing me, Mr. Shade? - I hear Angie's voice and roll my eyes.
- "Put up with" mode on! - I grumble and Tex laughs.
- Go ahead, Tex. I take care of the helpless knight now. - Snort, throwing the middle finger.
- Helpless knight is your mother.
- What a dirty mouth!
- Until later! - Tex says goodbye and enters the elevator.
- Miss me? - Angie gives me a mocking smile.
I show my middle finger again and enter the apartment.
- What an ugly thing, Shade! - Clicks his tongue, shaking his head negatively.
- Who gave you permission to enter? I raise my eyebrow when I see her standing on the kitchen doorstep.
She shrugs and smiles. I look at the clock.
- Let's go? - I grab my backpack.
- At your service, Shade! - Make a bow.
- Hurry up!
**********
- Tell me that is your new security? - Says Zoe.
I look back and watch Angie smile at us.
- Is! - I shrug.
- An interesting woman ... - She says and we finally entered college. - I would give anything to have one of that woman accompanying me. - She laughs with her words.
- Since when do you like women, Zoe?
- Since never. I'm 100% straight. But she is too beautiful for my taste.
