AMELIAS POV
the next day, i woke up and it was 6am. i got ready for school and i got in my mums car. she drove me to school and that's where i met Sarah and Aminah.
"heyyy" Sarah said. she was so enthusiastic and that's what i loved about her.
"heyyy" i replied back and i pulled her into a hug. i did the same with Aminah and we started walking to the docs
"soooo how are you and Ahmad doing?" Sarah asked.
"erm.. we're okay.. why did you ask?" i replied nervously. trying to hide that i was in love with junaid. it was really bad because aminah was in love with him and i didn't know what to do. i'm such a bad friend.
Sarah and Aminah both looked at me with a confused face.
"i just wanted to know if you guys were doing okay.." Sarah said awkwardly.
"wanna make some tiktoks?" Aminah asked.
"okay" me and Sarah said at the same time.
we made 4 tiktoks on Sarah's phone and we made 2 on Aminahs phone. the guys were staring at us the whole time and i could feel Junaids eyes on me. i was getting red so i decided to turn around. i didn't want him to see me looking like a tomato.
Sarah and Aminah continued making tiktoks. they also made some with Mia.
when it was time to go to form, i was walking really slowly because the boys were in front of us and i didn't want to be near Junaid whilst he was around Ahmad.
FORM
miss kasher gave us our new seats and i was next to Ahmad. Sarah and Kieran were sat behind me and Aminah was sat in front of me.
miss called our names out for the register and then she talked to us about relationships.
"put your hand up if you're in a relationship right now." miss kasher said. i felt everyone's eyes on me and Ahmad, even miss kasher was staring at us. i felt so awkward. i could hear Sarah and Kieran laughing behind us.
"Sarah and Kieran, that's your verbal warning. stop laughing" miss kasher said with a serious tone.
i hesitated to put my hand up even though everyone knew that i was in a relationship with Ahmad.
Ahmad put his hand up and he held mine up too. Sarah and Kieran were laughing so much and so was Aminah.
"Aminah, that's your verbal warning"
"Sarah and Kieran, that's your comment" the skinny teacher said.
"miss it's not my fault that it's funny" kieran said.
"what's funny?"
"this conversation."
"how is it funny kieran?"
"miss, it's funny because it's funny." Sarah said because kieran didn't know what to say.
miss kasher rolled her eyes.
period 1 was over and it was soooo boring. it was now time for period 2 and it was art.
Sarah and Kieran were laughing and talking about when Mohammed asked Sarah out in primary. they were so loud, the whole class heard them.
it was time for purple zone and my lover passed me a note.
we need to talk.
about what?
about junaid..
why?
i know there's something going on between you two.
nothing is going on.
oh really?
really.
let's talk at break. bring Sarah, Kieran and Aminah.

AT BREAK
(still amelias pov)
"so what did you want to talk about?" i questioned Ahmad.
"where are Sarah, Aminah and Kieran?"
"they're over there"
"tell them to come here"
"why?"
"just tell them to come here"
"okay."
i went to the three girls and asked them to come with me. i'm not sure why Ahmad wanted to see them but i just brought them to him because i wanted to know what was going to happen.
"why are we here" kieran asked
"init. we have no reason to be here. it's your relationship, not ours. " sarah said.
Ahmad stared at her.
"sorry boss" she said.
"you're here because i want you to tell me what you saw between Amelia and Junaid. yesterday"
i was in shock. i didn't know that Sarah, Aminah and Kieran were working that day.
"Amelia i'm so sorry." said Sarah.
"yep. we are so sorry" aminah sounded sarcastic. but she was really sorry.
Sarah handed Ahmad a piece of paper and it looked like a letter. that's when it hit me. it was the letter then junaid gave me.
"we saw on the cameras that junaid gave this letter to amelia and then they kissed." when i heard those words come out of kierans mouth, i was about to cry.
Ahmad read the letter.
(i'm just gonna put the letter here again cuz i want it to look like i wrote more.)
dear Amelia, i have written you this letter because i wanted to give you something. when you finish reading this letter, look up.
i have always loved you since the day i first saw you. you were the most beautiful person i had ever seen, but i didn't want to say anything to you because i was scared. when Ahmad told me that he liked you, i was so heartbroken because he got you first. i really wanted to tell you how i felt, but i couldn't because Ahmad was in love with you.
ever since the day we started meeting each other in private, my feelings for you have been getting stronger. i hated seeing you with Ahmad because i said to myself "that should be me." but it wasn't me. it was Ahmad. i was so jealous of Ahmad and i regret not telling people about my feelings towards you. i hate Ahmad for taking you away from me. i will never forgive him. even though he never knew that you were mine. you didn't even know you were mine. i liked to believe that we were soulmates and i would always be happy when you texted me. i loved texting you because you are such an amazing person.
i love you Amelia Khan. i love you so much you don't even understand. i really hope you break up with Ahmad and date me.

when Ahmad finished reading that letter, he had tears in his eyes. Sarah, Aminah and Kieran walked away because they wanted to give me and ahmad some alone time.
(kieran i know what you're thinking. i did not mean it in that dirty way. back to the story)
Ahmad looked at me "do you love him back?"
i didn't want to say anything so i just nodded. i nodded really slowly.
without hesitation, ahmad walked over to junaid and punched him in the face.
"how could you" he said with tears running down his cheeks.
(upper cheeks. not lower cheeks)
"i don't know what you're talking about" junaid said as he pushes ahmad. (mohammed fighting skill right there)
junaid punched ahmad and pinned him to the floor. ahmad kicked junaid in the balls and then he pinned junaid on the floor. the short boy kept punching the lanky boy over and over again until a teacher came to split them up.
"isolation both of you. NOW" the voice of miss pickering said.
there was blood dripping from junaids nose and he had a black eye.
ahmad felt really bad but he had to do it. for love
