Broken Hearted

5 years later

Hey guys!
So I have now changed my writing up a bit and it took some getting used to but I'm good. And I have a little bonus chapter because I realized it was incredibly hard for me to write Growing Up without some closure on this book. It might be a little short but it's extra :) hope you guys like it.

~ Aria Riccardo POV~

My alarm was blaring from the side table. What the hell?  " Come on mum it's the first day or school!" A little Lillian yelled jumping up and down on my bed. First day of school? Grade school or year school. Whatever they call it in Britain. My little Lillian and Sebastian were going to first grade.

"Mum wake up!" Sebastian called. His little voice was so cute.

"Give me a minute. Did you wake up Ethan or Olivia? Where is your father?" I said starting to get up.

"I'm right here Aria." A voice said from the door. I look up to see my husband. I still wasn't used to saying that, even 6 years later.

"Mmhh Hey Daniel." I laughed a little.

" Mummy stop flirting with daddy and get dressed." Sebastian said. At that remark Daniel and I laughed.

" Fine. Fine. I surrender but please leave that way I can get dressed." I said putting my hands up.

These last 6 years have been the best. I have 4 kids, a husband, my kids have lots of friends. Everything is just right. It's still weird though, waking up with Daniel looking at me, him smiling. Every time he calls me his wife I swear my heart beats faster and my stomach turns. If you would've asked me about 9 years ago what my life would be like I would say I am married to Elijah Mikaelson and I may have a kid. Ask me 10 years ago and I would say I am married to Stefan Salvatore probably. Ask me 7 years ago and I would say I would probably be married to Daniel Howell with the things that were going on between Daniel and I then.

"Whatcha thinking about?" A voice broke my concentration. Arms wrapped them self around my waist.

" Who I would be married to if I didn't say yes to that date with you. Or if we would've stayed apart."

"Those must be scary thoughts. But now your with me, and I love you. I love you as much as a man can love a woman." Daniel said before starting to kiss my Jawline.

"Daniel. The kids. We need to get them to school." I said before kissing him fully.

After I got dressed and I got Olivia and Ethan all ready to go to school I drove them one by one.

Lillian and Sebastian went to a school in Manchester City, Ethan and Olivia went to a daycare 5 minutes away. What holiday was it today. I forgot. Please help me 

" Honey I'm home!" I said as I opened the door to my house. Silence followed.

"In the bedroom!" I heard Dan say. I went to the bedroom to see him looking through clothes of ours and such.

" Whatcha doing?" I asked. I will admit I was confused.

" Well I was trying to pick clothes our because it is a specail day. It's Valentines day." Oh crap. I forgot about that. Luckily I prepared. I walked over to my side of the bed and opened my night stand. I pulled out a box as well as a card.

"Well here is your first present." I said giving it to him. He opened the box, inside was an old picture and a note.

" Aria,

You seem like a very nice young girl, even though you have a Finnish accent right now I'm sure it will soon change again. I have learned so much about you over the last six months, I actually have a question. Would you like to maybe go out on a date with me? If you could be at the park on Monday at 8 am that would be great.

Daniel " Daniel read aloud. It was the first love letter thing that he gave me.

"Thank you for this." Daniel said kissing me, I kissed back as he pushed me onto the bed, and you know what happened then.
