Voluntary

Well guys, I'm sorry for taking a long time to update, School is almost back and I have a few tests coming up. But I will try upload at least 2-3 chapters a week.

Skye's POV

"Hi, I'm Skye, I'm here to volunteer for the Aircraft." I said proudly.

"Oh, Hi, we don't really have much volunteers here unless they are professional flyers." he spoke saying the word professional in a challenging tone.

"Are you challenging me?" I asked, keeping calm.

"Yeah, Oh by the way, NONE of the female flyers that volunteered passed the test." I noticed he was trying to get under my skin, but I kept it cool.

"Then I'll be the first, When can I take this test?" I asked once again raising my tone slightly.

"You can take it now, but you have to bring your own gear, This is the part of the test where all the females fail." he scoffed.

Almost immediately, I barked, "Arf! Wings." My wings popped out and the smug smile on his face was wiped out quickly. I started doing loop-de-loops and swirls in mid-air and he was astonished.

"Do you know who I am?" I asked in my normal tone.

He shook his head and said, "No clue."

"I'm Skye, from the Paw patrol, and you are..."

"Bill, call me Bill," In you go Ms. Skye.

"Bye, Bill."

When I went inside I was astonished, there was a full lounge full of 6 male dogs, 

Two of them looked fully grown and they were practicing flying with eachother, doing all sorts of different tricks I had never before seen.

2 looked about 1 year younger than rubble, They were small golden retrievers who looked like identical twins.

There was this one pup who looked a lot like a Shiba Inu, and was Everest's age, He looked like he was waiting for his partner so they could start working on some new tricks.

There was a Pup about 4 years older than me who had a tag with a massive 'Chairman' on it. So I made my way towards him and Introduced myself. "Hi I'm Skye, I'm looking for a place in the aircraft."

"Wow, did you know your the first female to be a part of this group. You can meet up with Leo over there, His partner hasn't been here for three weeks and now his place is taken."

"Hi, I'm Skye, I guess I'm your new partner."  I spoke, hoping he wasn't grumpy.

"Hi, I've been waiting for ages, Do you wanna go check out our room?" He asked with a certain charm in his voice.

"Sure," I replied, as we walked off towards the apartments.

Marshall's POV

Me and Everest had just settled down into the hotel. The pup that we met at the medic stand was very kind and although Everest was very defensive over me , because' she didn't want anyone stealing me' we ended up getting the job done.

 The Hotel rooms were all identical, It had a toilet with a shower and bathtub, a bedroom/ living room for people who wanted to sit down, it had a couch, a TV and the beds, The last thing was the Kitchen with a fridge, Oven and espresso machine with a small table and two seats.

 They had a couple hotel and a non-couple hotel; the only difference was the bed, a double bed for the couples, and two single beds for the non-couples, which made sense, because the couples would probably end up complaining. 

Rubble's POV

We just go into the lifeguard area and took a test to see if we were able to 'save lives' which me and Ryder passed easily. Soon they gave us our room and me and Ryder checked it out, it was pretty cool, It had a massive pup bed just for me. I pounced on it and it made a satisfying noise,  BOING!!!

Zuma's POV 

When we helped Miss Buckley in the crafts room, they gave us the key to the hotel room, and they also told us that we would be on litter-picking duty tomorrow much to the delight of Rocky.

 When we got to the Hotel room we noticed that we would have to sleep in the same bed because  apparently we are 'a couple' "Y'know Zuma sometimes I really hate you." Rocky said giving his verdict on this topic. "Oh, by the way Zuma I am a TERRIBLE sleeper, so good luck tonight." he smirked.

"We locked the door and went to get food for ourselves. Hey, apparently there's a place here that serves gourmet pup food, you down?" I said.

"Sure," Rocky replied as we walked off towards the place.

Chase's POV

 While I was walking to the hotel I noticed Rocky and Zuma walking in a different direction. I waved and Zuma waved and nudged Rocky who was facing in the other direction, Rocky then saw me and waved.

I got into the Hotel and checked out my key, it said, 3-12. So I went on the elevator and pressed floor 3. I stuck my key in the door but there was a key on the other side so I couldn't walk in. 

I gave the door a light tap, Knock!, Knock! "Hello?" No answer. Suddenly I heard a rumbling of keys and a chain moving to see a pup. 

I looked down at the pup, Although I was only slightly taller. She had mostly white and a little bit of black fur and tremendous blue eyes. "Hi" She said, with a light tone.

"Hi, I'm Chase and I'm your security partner." I said trying not to sound awkward.

"Well I'm Ava, c'mon inside." She gestured her paw inside. "This is a special suite, I mainly have it because my father has part ownership in the Park, It's a shame he couldn't come, especially after mother's passing."

I immediately felt sorry for her so I tried comforting her. "Well, don't worry if your lonely because I'll spend some time with you." I said.

"Sounds great, But what about your family." She asked. 

I winced a little before answering "I never knew my parents." "They died on duty 2 months after I was born, A kind boy called Ryder picked me up and created a team to protect our city from criminals, I'm the police officer in that group of pups."

"Oh, Sorry about your parents, but I'm pretty sure I've heard of the Paw patrol in Adventure bay.

I nodded, "Yep that's the one."

"I live on the outskirts of Foggy Bottom with my Aunt, She is very nice, She's taken care of me since my mother died." She said.

"Ok, I heard there is a place selling gourmet pup-food, do you wanna go?" I asked, trying to take her mind off it.

"Sounds good" She said as we left the hotel with bright smiles on our faces.

Hmmm wonder what's gonna happen next tune in for the next chapter that should be here on Thursday. Until next time...Cya
