Rubble's POV

I can't wait! Ryder said that he organised all the pups are gonna be going to the gourmet restaurant.

"C'mon rubble, we don't want to be late!" Ryder called from the door.

"Oh yeah, coming!" I called.

We soon left and we arrived at the restaurant to see Rocky and Zuma, although they weren't eating, They must have been waiting for us.

"Hi guys, It's about time you came we've been waiting for ten minutes." Rocky complained.

"Oh sorry pups, we're staying on the other side of the Park." Ryder said. 

"Chase doesn't have an excuse though, he lives in the same hotel as us." Zuma added. 

"Well maybe he's just meeting his new roommate, Besides his shift is from 7PM to 11PM, and he's going there right after we eat, he's probably getting ready. Ryder said silencing the two pups.

While we were talking Everest and Marshall had arrived. and they sat down next to Rocky watching the show. 

"Sooo, did anyone make new friends today." I asked excitedly.

"No, not really but I think Chase and Skye will've because they're working with random partners unlike us guys." Marshall said as he turned to Everest and smiled.

Soon, Chase came and he brought a new friend alongside him. 

"Hi guys, what's up?" Chase asked

"Who's that Chase." Marshall asked with a goofy smile on his face.

"Oh. This is Ava, She is my partner for the security voluntary and also my roommate." Chase said

"Ava, this is the Paw patrol," Chase said. "Wait where's Skye, our shift starts in half-an-hour we need to start eating or we're gonna miss it." Chase said with a hint of worry on his face, He's not usually one to be late.

"Ok, Ryder started, You can order then." 

All of us ordered the gourmet pup-food as it was recommended.

"Hey, since we spent over $20 we get FREE NACHOS!" Ryder said turning towards me with a smile on his face.

I noticed Chase turn round to Ava who looked at him and smiled.  The food arrived along with the free nachos, I guiltily looked across at Ryder who was sat there watching us eat, so we offered him the Nachos which he flatly decline with a stern 'No'. 

Chase and Ava then left and skipped dessert so they wouldn't be late for their 4 hour shift. We gobbled up our desserts and called it a night as all 3 of us pairs parted in different ways off to our separate hotels.

Skye's POV

"So, where are we going again?" I asked a bit unsure

"The hotel, Duh!" He laughed, with a bright smile on his face, which shined like the moon on this glistening night. "Where else?" he asked with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.

"I dunno, you could have been taking me to a....... ok I have nothing." I gave in finally much to the delight of the pup.

"Say, I haven't even introduced myself yet, I'm Leo a professional flyer from America, you may have seen me fly in the ." Leo said.

"Ok, I'm Skye and I am from Adventure bay, Canada, I guess you could say I'm a professional flyer that flies for a rescue team called the Paw patrol. I said growing in confidence as I spoke more.

"So Skye, I don't know if Bill told you, but there is only six of us pilots which means we get to live in our own Penthouse." Leo said with uncontainable excitement.

I couldn't say anything at all, I was super overwhelmed with excitement and joy, I just laughed. "Oh my god, WHAT?" I said, as the realization hit me.

"Hey Skye, c'mon inside I need to show you something." he said as we both walked inside onto the elevator, inside our room witch was 2-A. 

"This is your room, ." he gestured to me and I jumped on my bed which was 3 times bigger than my pup-bed in adventure bay. Hey, by the way, we have a big thing going on at the end of the week, each of the flying pairs will do stunts and we have to practise by the end of the week." he said, a smile appearing on his face.

"Thank you so much." I said to him hugging him tightly.

"No problem really, besides you shouldn't be thanking me, thank the chairman."

"It's just, that guy Bill was mean, he said I couldn't fly because I was a girl, and I was useless, just like the other girls that failed the test." I said, starting to tear up slowly.

"Hey, it's okay, It doesn't matter, because you have the place for the stunts and he doesn't, he's just a moody old security guard that cries himself to sleep at night, Besides you're perfect, I have never seen anyone fly better than you." Leo said embracing me tighter.

"You really think so" 

"I know so" he said confirming. 

"So, what should we do now?" I asked.

"Follow me, I need to show you something." he said as he was walking outside onto the balcony.

I looked up to see the stars shining beautifully complimenting the dark sky with a strong full moon, and then I turned to Leo who smiled at me which gave me a warm feeling flush through my cheeks.

Meanwhile... 

Third person's POV

"Chase?" Ava buzzed through her walkie talkie. "Chase, I've spotted the thief, he's on the west side in the jewellery section." Ava looked at the thief, he looked short and bulky with a balaclava and had a gold chain around his neck, that had the words 'PAW REQ' she slowly advanced forward.

Chase ran across to the third aisle where the jewellery was. He noticed Ava and did a small signal that told her he was going round the other side. "Stop right there!" Chase called, his voice booming across the empty shop. 

The thief turned around and through a smoke bomb at Chase, blinding him momentarily . As soon as the smoke cleared up enough for Chase to see, he didn't waste time in running after the small dog. 

Ava was already in hot pursuit of the pup she turned around and saw Chase running after the dog, catching up to her quickly.

Chase turned around because he saw Ava who was in front also turning around to see if something was behind them, but when he turned back around he saw a very unpleasant scene...
