•Chapter 19•

It was a sunny afternoon, and Y/n was sitting alone at a park bench, lost in her thoughts. She was used to being surrounded by her stepbrothers and her few friends, but today was different. She felt a pang of loneliness, a stark contrast to her usual lively surroundings.

Just as Y/n contemplated this, fate intervened in the form of three vibrant individuals.

The first to approach was Jolina , a cheerful and outgoing girl with a warm smile that could melt anyone's heart. "Hey there!" She greeted, taking a seat next to Y/n. "I'm Jolina. I noticed you sitting here all by yourself, and I thought, why not make a new friend today?"

Y/n was taken aback but couldn't help but return his friendly smile. "I'm Y/n. Nice to meet you, Jolina."

Before long, Jolina's friend Seohee  joined the group. Seohee was a creative soul with an artistic flair. She carried a sketchbook with her everywhere she went. "Hi, I'm Seohee," she introduced herself, flashing a sketch of a beautiful scenery she had drawn earlier. "I couldn't help but admire the scenery here, and I couldn't resist sketching it. Mind if I join you two?"

Y/n was delighted by Seohee's talent and nodded enthusiastically. "Not at all, Seohee. Your sketch is amazing."

As the trio chatted and laughed, a third friend, Lily, strolled over. Lily was the kind of person who radiated positivity and kindness. "Hey, what's going on here?" Lily asked, joining the conversation. "I'm Lily, and I believe that every day is an opportunity to make new friends. Mind if I join your little gathering?"

Seohee couldn't help but be drawn in by Lily's warm personality. "Of course not, Lily. I'm Seohee, and we are grateful for your company."

And just like that, in the heart of a sunny afternoon at the park, Y/n found herself surrounded by three wonderful individuals who would soon become her closest friends.

As the afternoon sun bathed the park in its golden glow, the newfound quartet continued to chat and bond, their laughter and conversations becoming the soundtrack of this serendipitous meeting. Y/n, Jolina, Seohee, and Lily quickly discovered that they shared many interests and passions, from art and music to hiking and exploring nature.

As the day wore on and shadows began to stretch across the park, Seohee couldn't help but think aloud, "You know, my place isn't too far from here, and I have some snacks and art supplies. How about we continue our little gathering at my place?"

The idea was met with unanimous enthusiasm. Jolina chimed in, "That sounds fantastic, Seohee! Y/n, what do you think?"

Y/n, her heart warmed by the kindness and genuine connection she had found with her new friends, nodded enthusiastically. "I'd love to, and it's a great opportunity to see more of Seohee's incredible artwork."

Lily added with a grin, "And maybe we can come up with some crazy, fun ideas for our next adventure together."

With their decision made, they gathered their belongings and made their way to Seohee's home, not realizing that this decision would mark the beginning of a beautiful friendship filled with shared dreams, creative endeavors, and countless memorable moments.

As Y/n, Jolina, and Lily followed Seohee to her home, they had no idea what awaited them. They approached an impressive mansion, its architecture blending modernity with classical elegance. The lush gardens that surrounded the house were meticulously landscaped, and the driveway seemed to stretch on forever.

Jolina's eyes widened as they entered the house, and she couldn't help but whisper to Y/n, "Seohee lives here? This place is incredible!"

Lily chimed in, equally amazed, "I had no idea. Seohee, your home is like something out of a magazine!"
