chapter 15 "smile"

Hanjis POV

I woke in Levis arms he was sleeping peacefully. So I carefully slip from his grip and head to the kitchen. I decided to make some cereal. As I was eating I couldn't stop thinking about last night it was so surprising to know he was that boy....

I wonder what happened to him...if I'm being honest he has changed a lot his personality has changed...he doesn't smile as much anymore...and I wonder what happened to his friends.

I saw him walk into the kitchen with just his boxers on "morning four eyes".

I grin "morning levi"

He sits across from me drinking some water as his tea is heating up.

"Levi I have a question if it's to personal then you don't have to answer..."

He looked at me suspiciously "ok what is it"

"What happened to your friends....you know the dirty blonde haired boy and the red head girl?" I asked.

He stayed quiet and looked down...."I don't want to talk about it hanji"

Something happened to them...."ok..."

This morning was mostly quiet now...he drank his tea and I finished my cereal...after he finished he went into his room and closed the door....

I put my bowl in the sink and walked to his room...I slightly open the door and see him sitting on his bed... staring out the window.

I walk in and sit next to him..."Levi?"

He stayed quiet...

I gave him a gentle side hug and gently kissed his cheek...he slowly turned his head towards me and sighed.

"Levi we are going to be married soon...you can talk to me...I will listen and comfort you...." I said stroking his cheek.

He nods "ok...."

He kisses me passionately and then looks at me "I'll tell you"

I start to listen holding his hand...

He sighs "their names were Isabel and farlan....and they died...They died young because of me....during the snow day....I begged them to stay out in the cold with me so we could keep playing....but they reached their max....they fell ill....and soon got hyperthermia....the worst case too....a few days of fighting it....they eventually....passed in their sleep....that's why I don't like the snow that much....their deaths will always haunt me....I should have let them go home....and get warm....so I grew depressed after their deaths...I lost my smile....I lost the two people I loved most....so hanji, I promise to always protect you....I will protect you since I failed protecting them....that's why we never saw eachother again....I soon moved away to this city with my uncle...who soon abandoned me...my life fell apart...until I met my new friends and we opened up our tea shop when then I met you again...."

I felt so much sorrow for him....I hugged him...I kissed his cheek and kept holding him....I felt him start to cry on my shoulder....

"Oh Levi....I'm sorry....I'm so sorry..."

He held me close "thank you Hanji....thank you for running back into my life and healed my heart.... because hanji I love you with all my fucking heart...." He said

I smiled "I love you too Levi"

Levis POV

I stayed close with hanji I really needed someone and she was here for me....she was perfect...

She rubbed my back comforting me...I truly don't deserve her.

She looks at me "Levi what would you like to do today to relax...I'm willing to do anything ok"

I grin "we can watch some of your anime if would like".

She laughs "I said you not me silly"

I chuckle "well I don't think you would want to do what I want to do......"

She cocks her head "what is it?"

"Clean..."

She sighs then smiles "well If thats what you want then let's clean!"

I kiss her cheek "yeah no I'll clean I love you Hanji but your cleaning skills.... aren't necessarily the best"

She pouts "rude... but expected from a clean freak"

"Tch well this Clean freak takes care of your messes properly"

"And I love my little midget clean freak" she said hugging me tightly.

I hate Being a midget.....

As I was cleaning, hanji was watching her Naruto anime with her plushies.

I would glance over and see the white haired dude always making her blush...he's not even that attractive....

Tch all I can see is a eye out of his whole face... Because he has it all covered up.

I continue cleaning then hanji starts squeeling at the tv....is she really fangirling over this kakashi dude?

I ignore it then she asked me something that made my vain pop.

"Levi isn't kakashi so cute!" She squeeled.

"Tch looks like a piece of shit"

"Levi!" She gasped.

I shrug and she continues Watching....was I really getting jealous over a anime character....

I saw her holding her kakashi plushie smiling....I can't take it anymore....

I put down my cleaning supplies and stand over her. She looks up at me confused. I take the plushie and toss it aside.

"Hey!"

I sit down and hug hanji placing my head on her chest....

She started laughing "Levi what's wrong?"

"Stupid plushie...." I mumble.

"Oh my Lord Levi are you really jealous over a plushie....." She giggles.

I shake my head "no..."

She kissed the top of my head "it's ok Levi you will always be my #1 so don't worry"

"Even better than kakashi?...."

She laughs "yes Levi!,..... I love you so much your like a little child it's so adorable"

"Tch shut up...."

"Well your a better replacement than kakashi so I hold you instead"

I nod and cuddle into her chest....she continues Watching the anime then it started showing about naruto's passed I think?....

"Hey Levi"

"Hm"

"Can we adopt a child?"

I jump up from shock "huh?"

"Sorry....I was just wondering"

"W-what no thats not what I meant I was just surprised by the question"

"I know you wanted a child of your own but I'm just worried about carrying a child...."

"What do you mean hanji?"

"Let me explain...." She said looking down....
