chapter 16 "children"

Hanjis POV

"I'll start off with is I'm scared Levi.... having PTSD it's hard...I dont want to loose the child due to so much stress....I want to have kids with you Levi but I don't want the kid dying inside of me.... because of me....I love you with all my heart Levi and I do want to start a family with you"

He looked at me worriedly and held me close giving me gentle kisses on my head.

"Hanji I understand and if you don't want to take the risk then we don't have to ok".

Hanji sighed "I also have insecurities about having a child because of Erwin....he said many things to me that related having a child....I rather not say but they all meant I will never be blessed with a child until I die and rot away...."

Levi kissed me passionately "I'm sorry hanji...."

I held onto Levi hugging him tightly "I hate him....I hate him with a passion"

Levi held me and rubbed my back comforting me.

"Its ok hanji....I hate him too and I will make sure he never sees you again I promise....your my love and I will take care of you" he said kissing the top of my head.

"Thank you Levi...."

He grinned and looked at me "we can be a happy family just the two of us...."

"That wouldn't be a family technically speaking but....."I giggled.

"Hanji it could just be the two of us I'm not gonna die if I don't get a child" he caressed my cheek.

An idea popped into my head "Levi what if we could have a child!"

"Huh?"

"We could adopt....if you want"

He looked at then smiled lightly "that's not a bad idea hanji I would love to adopt a child".

I hugged him tightly "we could turn my room Into the kids room".

He nodded "sounds like a plan when do you wanna get started?"

"Today!"

He chuckled "ok today it is he/her Can have your matress we can fix up the room, when we get the child".

I smiled and kissed Levi passionately "thank you Levi".

"For what?"

"For letting us adopt..."

He kissed me passionately back "hanji I never want you feel uncomfortable on something you don't want to do"

I smiled then got out of bed and ran to my room to get started, I was excited to finally have a kid....they may not be full blood but family is people you love the most.

(A/N, ok guys....I'm not gonna do the whole process because if you didn't know.... the process of adoption isssss confusing to me so I'm not gonna put down the process sorry so imma skip to when they get to choose the kid ok bye)

After a few months of preparing it was finally time to choose our new kid....we reached the orphanage that we were going to choose from I held Levis hand tightly as we walked in.

A woman greeted us and we walked in she showed us kids going from baby to to teenager me and Levi agreed on ages near 3 and 4.

The lady showed us a room with 3 and 4 year old kids. She handed us the information about all the kids awhile ago so we recognized them.

One though caught my interest....his name was Samson he has been in 5 foster homes...the lady told us he has hard time trusting others causing him to shut everyone out.... She also said his mother abandoned him after birth and his abusive father took over....he was reported to the police and sent to an adoption center since the rest of his family rejected him....all his old foster parents used him for money....the lady hoped someone would adopt him and that's what I'm gonna do.

Me and Levi agreed on Samson and we were sent into a room were we waited for him to come.

I saw the little black haired boy walk in and sat In a chair....he didn't make eye contact his bangs covered his eyes....

"Hi there I'm hanji Zoe and this is my fiance Levi whats your name?" I said calmly.

The kid sighed "it's Samson...."

"Samson huh? I like that name" I smiled.

Levi stayed quiet he didn't know what to say so I said it for him.

"Why do you want me?...."

I sighed "Because samson I heard about your past life's and it hurt me Samson I want to help you....I didn't have the best life.... so when I say you I felt like we could kinda relate....I lay not be your biological mother but I hope I could be close to a mother for you...."

Samson looked at me "ok...."

Me and Levi filled out more paperwork then we were able to take Samson home.

When we arrived I showed Samson around he had the same lifeless exspresion....

I showed him his room and he stared at it. "Well I'll let you get settled then tommorow we can go shopping for anything you want ok"

He nodded and walked in the room closing the door

"Also dinner will be ready soon!"

I sighed then went into me and levi's room were he was reading a book.

He looked up at me and sighed "you ok?"

I nodded "yeah I'm fine why?"

He walked up to me and wrapped his arms around me hugging me tightly.

"You look shitty that's why" he kissed my check.

I smiled "I just hope I can make Samson Happy".

Levi sighed and kissed me passionately "he will come around it will just take time he's been through alot and like the lady said he has trust issues....."

I nodded "your right everything will be fine....I'll do my best to be a good mother to him".

He kissed me again "you'll be fine hanji...now if you excuse me I need to start dinner".

I smiled and he walked away to make dinner, I plopped on the bed and closed my eyes....Im exauasted....
