I'm very excited for my date with Jeremiah tonight it's been a long time since I've been on a date and I thought that I would be nervous but I'm not. My doorbell rung I walked over to the door and unlocked it being greeted with red roses.
"Hey beautiful," Jeremiah said as he pulled the roses down from his face.
"Hey handsome these are gorgeous."
"They're for you."
"Thank you."
"Come in and I'll put these in some water."
Jeremiah nodded and came in I walked towards the kitchen I grabbed my vase and put some water in the vase. I cut the stem some then I placed the roses in the vase. I walked out of the kitchen seeing Jeremiah looking at his watch.
"Are we late?"
"Oh nah we're actually right on time."
"Okay."
I grabbed my purse and jacket I placed my jacket we walked out of my house I turned and locked the door. Jeremiah held out his arm and I linked my arm into his and we walked over to his car. He opened the passenger door for me and I got in Jeremiah closed the door and walked around to the driver side and got in. I placed my seatbelt on and Jeremiah did the same.
"You can adjust the seat if you like."
"Oh no I'm good."
He nodded and started up his car he put the gear in drive and drove off.
"How was your day?"
"It was good saw my ex today."
"Oh yeah."
"I avoided him at all costs he did me dirty and I'm not back tracking."
Jeremiah nodded.
"Then his baby mama showed up."
"On some grimy shit?"
"Nah first we talked business then we talked on a personal level come to find out my ex never told her that he was in a relationship and she asked multiple times and his answer never changed I could tell that she was nervous to talk to me because she was probably thinking that I'll blow up or harm her but that's not me plus she seems sweet and she was so apologetic like I told her it's not her fault-," Jeremiah cut me off.
"Not to cut you off or anything but you're right it's not her fault it's that fuck nigga fault for not being real and honest with her she thought he was single."
"Right and now that I think about it back then he deleted me and pictures of us off of his social media and even had me blocked and he probably blocked me from her page."
