6 months later— October 2, 2026

I rubbed Harley back as she had a contraction our Doula is here Rahanna is taking pictures for us and the rest of the family is downstairs.

"You're doing great Harley."

Harley started contracting around 1:45 am and I called our Doula at 2:45 once her water broke it's now 6:30 am. Everyone has been staying with us all week helping us out with the kids and patiently waiting on baby girl to make her arrival. Jamari and Gianni are excited about having a sister especially Gianni because she'll have someone to play with when she gets order.

"Are you ready to get checked?"

"Yes."

Harley laid back and Michell checked Harley.

"You're 7 1/2 centimeters."

About a month ago I bought our birthing pool to go in the bathroom and early this morning I had set it up and now it's time to fill it up.

I walked into the bathroom and grabbed the hose I turned on the water and placed the hose in the pool.

"I'm about to let everyone know the progress."

"I wanna come too."

"Alright."

I helped Harley put on her gown then we walked out of the room we got to the stairs and Harley had a contraction. Once the contraction passed we made our way downstairs we walked into the living room.

"How far along are you Harls?"

"7 1/2 centimeters Zavi she'll be here soon."

He nodded.

We also decided to not do a gender reveal or a baby shower when baby girl is 2 or 3 months we're going to do an after shower or a sip n see and let everyone else meet baby girl.

"Y'all still not going to tell us her name?"

"Nope Zy you'll know when she gets here."

Harley grabbed my hand and I coached her through her contraction.

"Mama Hanna you promise not to take over Michell job," I asked.

"It just wasn't me it was Gianna too."

I looked over at my mama who looked away.

"Sis you wanna dance?"

"Carmen Harley isn't dancing."

"Why not it's not going to hurt the baby right Michell?"

"Carmen is right Tyreke it's going to help with the labor process."

"Alright but don't do too much," I said while looking at Harley.

"I make no promises," she spoke as she smiled.

Carmen turned on the tv going to YouTube I sat down already knowing that Carmen and Harley are about to do the most.

"No twerking," I spoke already reading Carmen's mind.

She smacked her teeth.

Gianni walked over to me and sat in my lap.

"Daddy."

"Yes baby girl."

"I hungry."

"Alright what you want?"

"I don't know surprise me."

"Alright baby girl let's go to the kitchen."

We walked into the kitchen and Jamari was right behind us. I sat Gianni on the stool and I went in refrigerator to find them something to eat.
