"My mother said I'm to romantic, she said your dancing in the movies... I almost started to believe her but then I saw you and I knew."

"You ready B?!" Hermione screamed to her best friend from the bathroom they shared with some other Gryffindor girls.
"WOAH, Hermione don't scream! You may as well of fired a gun at my head..." Belle grumbled putting on her and Hermione's friendship necklaces, a off white cardigan and white top, and put on some cream jeans.
"Here." Hermione says passing Belle a small vial with 'Hangover Potion'
sprawled over the front.
"Brilliant thanks 'Mione. I need this. that Halloween party last night was... interesting..." Belle said before taking a long swig at the small bottle.
"You can say that again." Hermione mumbled.

The taste burnt her tongue and made her tastebuds dance with disgust. She felt the potion trickle down the back of her throat and burn her stomach. As bad as it was, her aching head and knotted stomach relaxed and a wave of relief rushed over her.
Hermione chuckled and grabbed her recovering best friends hand and pulled her towards the door!
"Let's get Ice Cream! I hear they have new flavours!" Hermione exclaimed a quick excited grin crossing her face.
"Yeah yeah! Let's go my dear friend." They laughed together.

Draco and Blaise headed up from the dungeons and towards the exit of Hogwarts. They were also planning on going to Hogsmeade that day. It was around 10:00 on a Saturday morning and after the party last night, the two boys were ready to buy some chocolate and go back to bed.
"Baltic, mate!"
Draco gave Blaise a confused look, "The what, mAtE?" eyebrows raised.
"Oh Sorry, been spending too much time with Chang in Potions..." Blaise said.
"Still..."
"OH yeah! It means freezing, Scottish slang and stuff." Blaise looked at Draco and Draco rolled his eyes and continued walking on.

The two Slytherins walked towards the steps and passed the Fat Lady, and the Gryffindor Common room.
"Haha very funny Hermione!" a distant voice said till suddenly the portrait violently swung open.

Draco and Blaise immediately jumped back, avoiding the swinging portrait and Blaise clutching his head as the hangover potion Draco had gave him hadn't exactly gave its biggest effort to cure the wizard.

"Oh! I'm sorry-" Belle said before looking up to lock eyes with one very tall Platinum blonde Slytherin.
"I-"
"Bit more careful next time Dercall, yeah?" Draco said before walking past the two Gryffindors, Blaise Zabini walking behind him before turning around to give the girl a small glare.

"Cute!" Belle said, Sarcasm dripping off her tongue like venom.
Hermione bored her eyes into the back of the two Slytherins heads before talking to her best friend again.
"Come on B, let's just get to Hogsmeade."
"Yeah..." Belle looked over and saw the Blonde boy look over to her.

Lock.

The twos eyes locked and it was like a trance.
Cold meets Warm, and the rest of the world stopped.
Only they existed, no problems, no war threats, no rivalries.
Just them. The world spinned and their pupils danced. All voices and noises were cancelled as all they could hear was their heartbeats, and all they could feel was a tight feeling coming from their chests...

We may never talk again, but I hope that time we unintentionally locked eyes for a brief second, before turning nervously and walking away was as special to you as it was for me...

That was that darling! Sorry it was short :( I love the ending, although I am an enemies to lovers/daggers and balls kinda girl, i felt like there needed to be a moment before the bickering started.
:) xo
