Y/N POV (idk if this would be cool but if you want to really get in the moment for this listen to fallingforyou- The 1975)

The lights dimmed and everyone was with a partner.

I was with Ririka. I could see her piercing blue eyes through all of the lighting change. Her skin reflected every light. Her dress fit her perfect body and her hair looked as soft as silk. I took a deep breath and held out my hand for her. She looked at me and nodded then took my hand.  I pulled her in to me with our bodies touching. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. She looked, gorgeous. No. Words can't even describe how she looked. I just wanted to hold her forever. "i know i told you already but, you look absolutely gorgeous." "Shut up you are just being nice."

I lightly grabbed her chin and made her look at me. "I mean it with every ounce of my body and soul." I said with wide eyes and a smile. She looked at me with a large blush on her face. "Thank you... y/n you look amazing as well. You also smell amazing" I chuckled while a light blush spread across my face and pulled I her closer.

"I would give anything to be in this moment forever... I mean, no i didn-" "I would too y/n" A wave of nerves washed over me. I had a half smile and frown and i kept my eyes on the floor. "How about this, this, can be our song. Just for us" She said while smiling. "That sounds good." I smiled and kept my eyes on her until some guy came to the middle of the floor acting like he was out of it. He was drunk. you could smell it from anywhere in the gym. "Someone spiked the punch bowl." I said with a chuckle "Oh no, i drank some earlier, i had like 2 cups..." "You should be good just try not to drink anymore." "I may have one more, maybe two just to feel the fun." "I don't thi-" "I'll be fine y/n, trust me." She grabbed my face and caressed my cheek under the mask. Luckily it was a full mask so she couldn't see how much i was actually blushing. "ok fine..." She lay her head on my chest i looked down at her with a side smile. She didn't see but that's ok. It felt nice having her there... I could feel her breath on my collar bone. She smelt like fresh strawberries and felt like the skin of a peach. I needed her...

"I don't want to be your friend, I wanna kiss your neck..." (Time- 2:55. I read as if i was reading aloud to try and get it as close as possible...)

That line... that is exactly how i felt about Ririka. I fell for her the first day i saw her... The way she looked at me, the way she made me feel, the way she made me laugh. She was perfect... She was everything that i needed... How do i tell her? How do i express how i feel. I've never done this before. The song had ended so we had to let go but we held each other for a few seconds after. I didn't want to let go... Before i had to let go, i lay a soft kiss on her forehead and softly said "I will always be here... no matter what."

RIRIKA POV

She kissed me... SHE KISSED ME. It was only on the forehead though. But even there... I felt so many emotions course through my body. Happiness, nervousness, anger, fear... I don't want her to leave... ever. And those words, those words will stick with me forever. She has made me come out of my shell and be my true self. But she also made me construct a mask to hide my emotions... It looks a little something like this.
