Half Point Dance

Y/N POV

Today was the day of the dance. I was excited about it but then again i wasn't because i had to dress up. I was just going in a simple black suit with a red tie to match Yumeko's dress. Kirari and Mary were coming over to my room to get ready since we weren't allowed to see the others in the dresses.

I was by myself most of the day and around 5 o'clock, Mary and Kirari came to my room. 

"Hey pig tails, hey Shit bag."

Without missing a beat the both responded, "Fuck you"

I shook my head and offered them both something to drink. We all sat around the couch and talked about the election. As we were talking i saw a dark mark on Mary's collar bone. "SO Mary, I see you and Riri had some fun..." Mary's eyes got huge. She seemed concerned about the comment i made.

"Yes, uh yes we did."

Kirari seemed to see to notice how nervous she was as well. I looked at her and her me. Kirari broke the silence by asking questions. Some were very much unneeded but it's fine. Not long after Kirari and Mary started getting ready. I didn't need to yet since all i really needed to do was my hair. I helped Kirari with her braided bun and Mary with her ribbons. We got a text from the girls that they would be ready in about a half an hour.

We were all ready so we decided to go check to make sure everything was in check for the dance. We made it there to see Runa screaming at house pets to fix the food tables, Midari was trying to show Yuriko her gun as Yuriko tried to get away from Midari. Yumemi was working wth the DJ until she saw me. She sprinted up to me and jumped into me making me fall to the ground.

"HIiiiii Y/N!! I have a request if you don't mind me asking." I stood up to see her grabbing my hand with both hers.

"Hello to you too, Yumemi. You look very nice tonight."

She blused at my comment adn then asked her question. "Do you think you could save a dance for me tonight??"

I looked at her, "Well i guess it all depends on if i'm with Yu-" "PLEASEEEEEEEEEE PLEASE PLEASE!!" I Shook my hands to agree with her. She brought me over to the Dj table to show me the music even though i already knew everything on the playlist.

Not long after the lights started changing colors and music was blasting. I went down to the dance floor to see Kirari forcing Sayaka to dance. Low key jealous of them. I walked to the middle of the floor and was looking for everyone else expecting them to be there. I looked around and then looked at the door. I saw a group of girls dressed in all different colors. 

I could barely see cause of the large amount of people in the way but the first one that caught me eye was Ririka. I noticed everything about her. Her make up, her shoes, her hair... and her dress. The same dress she wore on the day of the Masquerade ball. My Jaw dropped as i saw he walk into the room.  She looked... perfect.  I couldn't take my eyes off of her. Her eyes locked with mine as i looked at her.

She smiled and waved at me so i waved back. She was then swept away from my sight by Mary who took her to the snack table. I then saw Yumeko behind and diagonal to her. She saw me and we met half way. 

"You look amazing..." i said with a smile. She blushed slightly as she grabbed my hand to pull me to the dance floor. "You look amazing as well y/n" I shot her a smile and she pulled me in to dance. 

"Ohhh, uh i don't dance." "Well you do tonight." She pulled me in to dance like no one was watching. We danced for a good while until she said she needed to go to the bathroom.

I went over to the council table to see Ririka sitting by herself. "Well hello there." I said as i sat beside her. She looked at me and gave me a high brow. "Are you having fun?" "Not in the slightest" We both laughed for a moment. We then heard Runa over the loud speaker.

"Good afternoon everyone and welcome to our half way dance! We are going to-" She kept talking about the election and introduced our top ten. Kirari was obviously in 1st and i was actually in 2nd. I didn't want to win but it was fun. 

"Now that that is over with! I think its time to slow it down abit everyone!"

I looked at Ririka to see the sadness in her eyes. "What's wrong Cinnabun?" She looked at me with a tear in her eye. "I want Mary to dance but she refuses to... She's been really distant lately and she disappeared not long ago. I just want a hug." I looked at her and stood up with my hand out. She looked at me confused. "Well, You want to dance don't you? Get up."

She stood up and looked at me. Then, the slow song started playing. But, The thing is, is that neither of us put it on there... It was that song. fallingforyou... i looked at Ririka, "I didn't put this on there, did you?" "No i didn't..."

"Listen Riri, if ou don't want to dance we don't have to..."

"No... I want to." She grabbed me hand, pulled me to the floor and connected our bodies. She put her head on my chest leaving small tear marks on my coat. I felt her sobs and just kept petting her hair. I reassured her we would find Mary and it would be ok. Speaking of which, I haven't seen Yumeko all night since the dance. Our song was playing and it brought back so many memories.

Ririka then picked up her head and looked at me. "Y/n..." "Yes hun.?" "Please don't leave me again..." I chuckled a little. "I'll always be here cinnabun. Always" I wrapped my arms feeling all the stress leave from her body. We talked for a while as our song played until it finally ended. I looked at Ririka and oh my god... How can someone be so perfect... This girl was my everything and always will be.

We discussed splitting up and looking for our partners so we would at least know where they were. So, that's exactly what we did.

UNKNOWN #2 : I know!!! This is gonna be sick.

UNKNOW : Well Yumemi Yumemiti, Your up next,

YUMEMI : You got it boss.

--------------------------Well, I think we are finally back to normal so ya. I hope you all had a good week and have yall seen Mary and Ririka in the new chapter... Literally cried but it's coon. Well GOOOD NIGHT OR GOOD MORNINHGGGGG!!!
