The strong chi that surely must be Kakarot has been located and Raditz and Aikon are riding strong winds towards it. It appears that Raditz wants to teach a lesson to his younger brother about the power and pride of a Saiyan warrior.
In little to no time, both otherworldly Saiyans descend onto the island grounds of Kame House. While the inhabitants of earth cowered in fear at the sight of the dangerous duo, Raditz grinned widely.

Master Roshi: What kind of bloodlust is this?
The Kame Household were sweating at the immense chi the invaders were bringing towards them.
After they descended, Krillin immediately got into a fighting stance and watched them cautiously. The sudden arrival made Son Goku move back a bit, shielding his son Gohan with his arms. In an attempt to determine what was happening, Bulma stayed put.
Raditz: So we finally meet, Aikon please continue scanning.
Raditz tilted his head in acceptance
Raditz: You've grown, huh? But I still recognized you at first glance, Kakarrot.
Goku: Kakarrot?
Raditz: You look just like father.
Each Inhabitant of Kame House had puzzled looks on their faces wondering how the alien knew Goku's Father.
Bulma: What does that mean?
Krillin: What is this? What is this guy saying?
Raditz: Kakarrot! What is with the condition of this planet?!
With more lifeforms than Saiyans around, Raditz became angry.
Raditz: You were supposed to have been under orders to dispose of humanity! What the hell have you been goofing around for?
As the puzzled looks were passed around, they became more intense. It wasn't clear what the furious alien was talking about.
Krillin: Now look here, you. I don't know who you are or where you're from, but go on back, go on back!
In spite of the powerful alien that stood in front of Krillin, he started swaggeringly walking over to him thinking of shooing him away.
Krillin: Shoo, Shoo! You know, it won't do for you to be out drunk this early in the afternoon. Go on back, go on back.
Aikon: 197 is the power level of the human right in front of you. There will be no problem disposing of him
Goku: Krillin! Don't get close to him!
By the time Goku had uttered those words, his human friend Krillin had already been hit, and it was too late to warn him.
While bleeding, Krillin was sent spiralling towards the Kame House, crashing through the foundation as he flew.
