Chapter 5

(Hi I know so far the chapters have been safe and there hasn't been too much Draco but remember we just started and this is  A Draco story)

(Marie's POV) 

As I slipped into my dorm room the sight of all my friends sleeping peacefully made my heart warm, I took another step closer into the room and almost screamed. Daya was sitting on her bed next to a sleeping Ginny who was facing towards Harry's direction. Clutching my chest, I whisper yell at her for scaring me. 

"I was only up to see if you were okay Marie it's only the middle of the night and you disappeared for two hours." She whispered faintly almost as if she was mad at me. I couldn't think of anything I did for her to be mad at me. 

"Oh well thank you for waiting up for me but I'm fine I just went to visit a friend." I tip toe past Ron and Hermione sleeping and go to the bathroom to change out of my dress thinking the conversation was over but unfortunately not as Daya follows me into the bathroom quietly. 

"What friend did you go and visit at 2am that seems a bit shady if I'm being honest with you Marie. Like I love you and all but that is shady." She crosses her arms and I couldn't help but to be mad by her words. Does she think I'm out working the mean grounds of Hogwarts, like come on seriously. 

"Daya not that it's any of your business at all but I went to the Slytherin house party. I was invited and I decided last minute to go, you are not my mother." She scoffed and rolled her eyes almost as if I said something offensive. 

"What Slytherin invited you seriously Marie they hate all of us and what business or friend do you have at a party full of Slytherins." I began aggressively brushing my hair because she was seriously pissing me off and my friends were sleeping peacefully. 

"Listen to me good Daya I am friends with Pansy and Blaise now." The rolling of the eyes seemed to be her brand tonight honestly because she just couldn't help herself.

"They're not your friends Marie and I think you know that." I couldn't help but to think she was jealous of me making friends with Pansy given that Daya is my best friend. I tell Daya that they are my friends now as well as this friend group and then I remembered something.

 "I think it's seriously time to move past all the childish pranks that took place I've forgiven and forgotten and honestly you should too because nothing is ever that serious. Plus here's something you need to take into consideration, I don't have to explain myself to you." I walk away from her and get into the bed with harry careful not to wake him or be too close to him either. I hear her footsteps go back to her bed and with a final huff she lays back down, that was the only type of fight I've ever had with Daya.

I woke up at 7am the next morning and I was the only one up, that's the perks of being an early riser so I take advantage and get in the shower. I start my little routine in the shower and my wandering mind couldn't help but to think about the fight I had last night with Daya. I will apologize to her for the tone I took but everything I said was still true and I can't say I'm sorry for making more new friends. 

Deep in thought, I didn't hear the door creak open so I hummed along while the hot water fell on my skin. 

"Oh geez Marie I'm sorry I didn't know you were in here." I let out a little scream when I looked through our almost see through shower curtain. I reach the curtain back a little to see Harry standing right in front of me. 

" Blimey Harry you didn't hear the water running, I'm naked in here for bloody sake." I tried not to scold him for being in the bathroom with me while I took my shower but it was hard when he was still standing there not saying anything and staring at me. I snap my fingers in his face and repeat his name and finally got some movement from him.
