Chapter 7 Christmas Time

~Rocky POV~

It's been 2 weeks since what happened with Chase. Skye was living at his house, while Zuma was with me. He was all mine. And plus, it is Christmas in 2 days. Our first Christmas together, I'm very happy and I can't wait. One morning we were in my room after breakfast. We aren't doing anything naughty, don't get your hopes up. We have a test tomorrow, I know, school, the night before Christmas. I don't know what they are thinking, but whatever, I still get to be with Zuma. Although after Chase's, Zuma was getting scared easily. Every time we crossed the street together, he always looked around. Not once, not twice, goddamn time. And all the way he is holding my hand tightly. I don't have a problem with that, but he is doing it every time and I am worried about him. Anyways, Marshall and Everest are okay, I heard they had some magic before Christmas if you know what I mean. Rubble and Sweety sadly broke up. They don't even talk to each other, it's pretty bad. But well, we respect their....privacy, so to say. Anyways, let's get back to me and Zuma.

"WOCKY, this is widiculous. Chwistmas is in 2 days! At least help me, so we can get this ovew with!"

"Fine, no need to whine like a baby."

"How matuwe." "Oh, come here you!" and I tackled Zuma and gave him a kiss. "Why do you always have to be such a Grich, where is your Christmas spirit?" "Down the drain." Zuma muffled. "Come on, we're almost done. After this, we can go gift shopping for the others!" I said. "Fine, but we'll split up fow 20 minutes to buy each othew stuff." "Okay, just don't go off shopping for a new boyfriend." "Shut that damn mouth of youws, silly!" And before I could answer, my lips were shut by his. Too much romance here for you? Or just too much kissing, don't worry it won't be so bad. What could go wrong?

"GUYS!" Marshall came running in!

"What's wrong Marshall? Calm down." I said, looking at him, a bit concerned. "Everest...she-she.."

"Is she okay?" asked Zuma. "No, she-she..."

"Out with it," I said. "She's pregnant." "What?!" Zuma screamed. "Let me guess, you're the one that got her pregnant. If so, why are you here and not with her!?" I asked.

"I-I, I'm scared..." he said. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU ARE SCARED. What do you think she is going through? You both are 16 for god sake!" Zuma yelled, wow, we all thought he was the chill dude, guess not. "Zuma, don't yell at him, you are making it worse. Listen, Marshall, you should go talk to her, support her, and most of all, talk to her and your parents. Straight away."
"But what if my parents kick me out, or hers kick her out. What will she do with the baby then?"

"Calm down, we'll come with you." Me and Zuma got out jackets and followed Marshall to Everest's house. Everest was crying when we went in. Zuma ran to her and saw Skye was there too. "You! THERE YOU ARE!" Skye yelled at Marshall. "How COULD YOU LEAVE EVEREST IN A MOMENT LIKE THIS, ARE YOU CRAZY?" "Skye calm down," I told her. "Calm DOWN? ROCKY, YOU CAN'T GET ZUMA PREGNANT, CAN YOU?" "No, but that is not the point, Marshall is here now, and your yelling isn't helping!" "So, Marshall, what do you plan on doing now? It can't be undone," said Skye. Marshall went in front of Eve. "Eve, do you want to keep the baby?" asked Marshall. Everest and all of us looked shocked. "Do you want me to carry your baby?" Eve asked. "I would never choose anyone else," said Marshall sweetly. "There is your answer then, but how will we tell our parents?" "I'll tell my mom and dad first, my mom is a nurse like Skye's mom, and my dad is a firefighter. They both fight to save lives, so they won't let us kill the baby I hope. And then after that, I'll come with you and my parents, to tell yours." Marshall explained to Everest. "Sounds like you've planned it all out!" Eve said happily. After that, me and Zuma went Christmas shopping, while Everest and Marshall went to tell their parents.

~Marshall POV~

We came into my house, I saw mom and dad at the table. Everest seemed very worried, I don't blame her, I didn't feel much different. My mom looked at us and saw how worried we were. Then it happened... "Oh, no...I'm gonna puke," said Everest. My dad quickly gave her a bucket and she puked. My mom looked at us again. "Honey," she was talking to me. "Everest is pregnant, isn't she?" "What?! How..how did you..." "I saw how worried you both were, and after this happened. I put 2 and 2 together." "So you are not mad?" I asked. "A little, but it's good you came to us. Are you gonna keep the baby?" "Yes, yes we will!" I said. "Okay, I suppose you didn't tell Eve's parents." mom said. "Nope, we wanted you two to  invite them here and tell them." And that's what they did, soon her parents came and we told them. "Everest....do not come home tonight, you are not our daughter anymore." said her dad. Her mom didn't say anything, but when i looked at her face, she didn't want the same as her husband. He dragged her out of the house, and when they were gone Everest collapsed on the floor and started crying. My mom took her upstairs and said she can stay here with us. After that, It all slowly came to normal. And Christmas came. We were all at Rocky and Skye's house.

~Rocky POV~

We were all at my place, me, Zuma, my sister, our friends, and all our parents, except Everest's. It was time to give out presents. Zuma gave me 25 books about all kinds of different things, but that wasn't the real gift, in one of the books, there was a box, he had cut out the pages of the book, and he had put an iPhone 12 inside. I was so happy, gave him a naughty kiss on the cheek and I gave him his present, a Nintendo Switch with 30 different games. After that the others opened their presents and finally, Everest got a pair of two little shoes. We all knew it's for her new baby, we all smiled and continued with the fun. After that, we had lunch together and that night, well I tell you. That's a night Zuma and I won't forget. I won't get into detail...this time.
