Disclaimer- I say " Tyrone's lawyer" because idk wtf these folks called 😭.

Today was trial for Kash and of course his father and Gunzz was there to support. He felt no emotion today because he knew he didn't do the crime. Thankfully there wasn't an all white jury here today, meaning this could be good or bad. Kash is a known shooter in the city , damn near the state and its like everybody envy him. They look at him as the trouble maker of ATL just because of what he does. But really they don't know the real him. Everybody knows Kash, they don't know Rashawn.

We're going to make this quick ok 😃?

"All rise. Court is now in session." The bailiff said as the judge walked in.

"Thank you. You may be seated." The judge said sitting down. She was a black woman in her mid 40's who usually deals with Kash's cases, so you can say she's very familiar with him.

"Goodmorning ladies and gentlemen. Calling the case of the people of the state of Georgia vs Dior. Are both sides ready?"

please tell me I did that right 😂.

"Ready for the People, You honor."

"Ready for the Defense, Your honor." Kash's lawyer said and the argument began.

Tyrone's lawyer were making valid points during this case. He brought up the past encounter with Tyrone and Kash, the fight at the party, and how they were basically dealing with the same girl which means Kash could've did this out of jealousy. When Kash was arrested, he had a glock on him and some weed which the lawyer brought up also.

Kash's lawyer wasn't letting up though. He had solid evidence that Kash was hanging out with friends during the time Tyrone was supposedly murdered. He also had evidence that Tyrone hasn't been around the area for quite some time now ever since he got expelled from school. Some of his homeboys even confessed that he moved back to New York after the incident.

" Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I am now going to read to you the law that you must follow in deciding this case. To prove the crime charged against the defendant, the prosecution must prove three things to you:

First, that the defendant murdered Tyrone Tucker. Second, the defendant did the murder out of jealousy and it was premeditated. Third, the defendant had a firearm and drugs on them during the arrest. If each of you believes that the prosecution proved all three of these things beyond a reasonable doubt, then you should find the defendant guilty. But if you believe the prosecution did not prove any one of these things  beyond a reasonable doubt, then you must find the defendant not guilty. Are you ready with final arguments?"

"Yes, Your honor." Both lawyers said.

"Your honor and ladies and gentlemen of the jury, there is no doubt that our evidence is sufficient proof that the defendant is guilty of ALL three statements. First, the defendant is in a rival gang that has a long term conflict that is still occurring. They have a history of clashing against each other and the fight at the party proves that. Second, the defendant is dealing with one my clients exes. They currently fell out, maybe because of his anger problems and the disappearance of Tyrone. Third, the defendant was arrested and immediately charged with the possession of a weapon and drugs. According to the judge and rules, this is all we have to prove. Based on the evidence, you must find the defendant guilty." - Tyrone's lawyer.
