LUCY'S P.O.V
I don't know how to respond to Zeref so I just sit there and stare at him uneasily, waiting for him to speak.
He takes a deep breath and says, "Lucy I've been watching you grow up and I- I just... I really really l-"
"LUCY!!!!!!!!" I jump and whirl around along with Zeref to see Natsu running at us full speed. He looks pissed off as hell and Zeref looks surprised. I take a step forward and say, "N-Natsu its not what you think"
"What do you mean its not what I think!? He's trying to seduce you its obvious, and the way your blushing I'd say its working! What did he do to you Luce!? Did he hurt you!? I swear if he hurt you.."
I flinch and hurriedly say, "NO! I mean.. He didn't hurt me and he wasn't seducing me. I- I just want to leave.." My voice cracks. No, I won't break down here. I absolutely REFUSE to break down here.
Natsu grabs my hand and Zeref clenches his jaw but makes no move to stop us as we leave.
I look at him one last time and he looks sad, I have a feeling I'll be seeing him again very soon. My vision blurs with tears, why do men have to be so difficult!?

Natsu and I get to my house and walk inside in complete silence. "Listen Natsu-" he leans forward and almost kisses me when an unseen force knocks him backwards.
I gasp and Natsu looks around, glaring. He gets up and runs away without even saying goodbye. I try to shake off what happened but what Zeref said still plays over and over in my head...
I sigh and decide to take a bath.

I sit down in the bathtub and just close my eyes, willing all the bad things to wash away like filth in a crystal river.
A knock sounds from the others side of the bathroom door, "Lucy?" I know immediately who it is and stand up abruptly, forgetting I'm naked.
