Chapter 19: Bat cave

— In the Batcave —

After going through a long hallway towards a clock and through another long hallway they finally arrived in the cave.

"This is the Cave," Jason said. Avengers Headquaters was impressive but nothing compared to the cave. Equipped with retina, thumb, and voice recognition to get in and state of the art equipment. All the Avengers were in awe.

(Heaven's Pov)

The look on their faces was priceless. Now the tower doesn't look so impressive.

"It's more describe than the compound," Thor stated.

"Yeah well we learned a thing or two when more than one hideout got ambushed, so more security is needed."

Tony scoffed, "talk about safety. How did some of your hideouts get ambushed?"

"Well how did two ring leaders get away from you guys," Bruce spat back.

"Well why does a grown man pick up kids off the streets"

"Why does your ego outweigh your smarts."

This is getting old. "Stop comparing dick sizes for a moment... please!" Jason snickered. If he talked to Bruce like that his ass would be handed to him but since it's me I kind of get away with more.

(Barbara's Pov)

"Stop comparing dick sizes for a moment please... please!"

I know that voice anywhere. Miss Heaven Stark is back.

(Nobody's Pov)

Barbara turned around and made eye contact with each other. Heaven wasted no time and ran towards Barbara and jumped into her arms and gave her a giant bear hug.

"Now there's my favorite honorary Wayne," Barbara said.

"Hey!," Dick, Tim, and Jason said in unison. Barbara just brushed them off.

"And there's my favorite detective," Heaven said.

"Hey!," Bruce and Tim said.

"There's too much testosterone in the manor. They started to even get cocky about their fight skills. Which we all know it's you who is the better fighter," Barbara said the last loud enough so everyone could hear.

"Oh really! Why doesn't the princess then show us," Jason said a little offended.

"Alright. But get ready to be crying yourself to sleep," Heaven said.

"Alright... there's only one way to solve this... in the training room. Now show these boys how it's done Heaven," Barbara said. Everyone then gets up and follows Heaven into the training room.

— Training —

Heaven stepped onto the mat grabbing a  blindfold and her weapon of choice (katana). Jason and Dick join Heaven on the mat tying their blindfolds. Heaven has about to do the same until she heard a voice speak.

"What are you doing?," Steve asked.

"Training," Heaven said.

"How are you training with your eyes covered... its idiotic," Rhodes states.

Jason, Dick, Tim, Damian, Barbara, and Heaven said in unison, "In battle anything can be taken from you... your hands... your feet... and your eyes... no matter what's taken you must be able  to keep fighting and win."

Bruce smirked, "I've trained you guys well..."

"That still doesn't answer the blindfold thing," Loki said.

Heaven rolled her eyes, "If we can fight with those conditions... all of our other sense are heighten making them like super sense... therefore we can always win the fight." Dick and Heaven prepared to spar.

(A/n: I know "lazy writing". I couldn't figure out a way to write this scene with it sounding good. So a video it is.)

"I win," Heaven said. Dick out of breath on the ground, "yeah... yeah."

"Alright Jason... you want a go?," Heaven asked.

"Hell yeah... I'm a better fighter than Dick anyways."

Jason and Heaven get on opposite sides of the mat.

"And Jason..."

"Yeah?"

"Don't hold back."

"Seriously Todd... you are off your game."

Heaven gave him her hand and started to pull him up, "Please I let you win."

"No... you are just off your game."

"I want a go..," Damian announced.

"Alright Demon Spawn."

Both Damian and Heaven were out of breath, "alright I think that's a draw," Damian said heavy breathing.

Heaven still trying to catch her breath, "wanna go, Timmy?"

"No thank you... I'm smarter than them... I know not to step into the ring with you."

"Your lost."

"Not really. I still want to be able to walk and have less bruises before I go on patrol."

"Fair point."

Heaven laid back onto the mat smiling, "man it feels good being back in Gotham."
