accepting fate

barry draxum heard the bell ring as he set his french fries in the tray to serve to the students as he heard the rush of the crowd he prepared to start serving food and see april oneil the turtles best friend and supposedly donnies crush 

the crowd of hungry teenagers came in easily and swiped up all the foods getting into their normal arguments grabbing their food meeting up with friends etc etc 

soon he was met up with april in her usual skirted hoodie and jeans with double bunned hair and red glasses 

hey drax april said picking up a sloppy joe some fries and a milk hows it going 

its going good draxum replied just working and trying to be a father now and all that 

thats good hows the boys she replied

last night they came in my apartment beat up from meatsweats  as so they said and they stayed the night and were reluctant to go home like something was gonna happen 

maybe their dad would be angry that they got defeated he is very strict and mean if they mess up you know april said picking up some napkins and a fork 

well he wasnt very talkitive when i texted him last night barry continued and the boys are awful thin and they eat fast and dont hesitate to eat and they say its from back when they went on so many missions they wouldnt have time to eat

thats weird afterwards they would hog down pizza and food and soda after our missions and i noticed they were also reluctant about  going home but i thought it was them being teenagers but after a while it started to get suspiscious from it 

go eat lunch barry said smiling i will see you tonight when they boys come to visit perhaps?

yeah i will come april said see you

barry looked around making sure his cafeteria was in its normal orderly fashion DALE PICK UP THAT FOR he yelled at the bald fool 

April 30th 2020 just two hours before 

the turtles woke up at about eight thrity and changed into their now cleaned hoodies and masks 

barry served them a dellicious and hearty omellete breakfast before he had to head to work and waved them all goodbye happily as they parted ways on the street

the boys did not want to go home their dad would probably be furious again and probably hurt them more 

they walked as slow as impossible trying to delay their invetible fate and even stopped at a few stores to window shop and what was new and what the latest trends were 

but that didnt stop what was coming for them they eventually got down in the sewer and they took a few detours to also trying to delay what they had coming but soon approached the lair and had to accept what will happen within the next few moments

splinter was in the living room waiting with his whip and a butchers knife they boys sighed knowing what was about to happen again 

so hiding out at the former enemies huh? splinter said standing up bet you thought that wouldnt stop what all was gonna happen 

the boys looked dowwn they didnt want to speak to their 'father' 

 splinter growled as he picked up the knife and whip and startng his work over again 

 april 30th 7: 56 pm 

barry sighed as he waited for his boys he had made leftover sloppy joes for them and fries he wondered if they were ok and what was splinter up to 

he looked down at his phone and looked at a picture of his boys he took the other day they were sitting on the docks with  a stick in the water pretending to fish or at least raph was mikey was on the other side of the dock drawing the view and leo was in the background shoving donnie off the dock 

he smiled he felt so happy being a father to these amazing boys havng kids was the best he remembered his little girl he had back before he got possed by a blood thirsty demon and tried to kill humans

he was very happy he could finally start over as a father

his thoughts were interupted by his children knocking on his apartment door excited to hang out with their dad
